Currently in the Canton Chillanes it is necessary to diagnose and know how many types of entrepreneurship are developed and identify the factors that make sustainability possible and also to publicize those factors that led to the decline of entrepreneurship, so that the people who want to undertake can have A clear vision of the characteristics of the products that are going to undertake and reach the success proposed. Reason why the research tries to identify the factors that affect the sustainability of the enterprise in Canton Chillanes. To that end, we collected enough information, in the municipality of Canton Chillanes, the INEC website and the SRI for the application of the two types of survey aimed at people who have entrepreneurs and people who failed with their entrepreneurship, who helped Determine key factors and critical factors. We used the field and quantitative research where a numerical statistical analysis was carried out through the qualitative research were described of the characteristics of the research phenomenon, using techniques such as surveys applied to the population of Canton Chillanes. After the relevant assessments of qualities and characteristics obtained from the people surveyed, the key success factors that contributed to the sustainability of the entrepreneurship were determined by their commitment to the family, the capacity they have to convince and sell, the persistence and Innovation, the quality that demonstrates when attending the customer and the quality of products, within the criteria stands out not to associate with other people and not have the basic knowledge in laws and among other documents on entrepreneurship.
Actualmente en el Cantón Chillanes se hace necesario diagnosticar y conocer cuántos tipos de emprendimiento se desarrollan e identificar los factores que hacen posible la sostenibilidad y también dar a conocer aquellos factores que llevaron al declive al emprendimiento, de esta manera las personas que quieren emprender puedan tener una visión clara de las características de los productos que van emprender y llegar al éxito propuesto. Motivo por el cual la investigación intenta identificar los factores que inciden en la sostenibilidad del emprendimiento en el Cantón Chillanes. Para lo cual recolectamos suficiente información, en el municipio del Cantón Chillanes, la página web del INEC y en el SRI para la aplicación de los dos tipos de encuesta destinada a personas que poseen emprendimiento y personas que fracasaron con su emprendimiento, mismos que ayudaron a determinar factores claves y factores críticos. Se utilizó la investigación de campo y cuantitativa en donde se realizó un análisis numérico estadístico mediante la investigación cualitativa se describieron de las características del fenómeno de la investigación, utilizando técnicas como encuestas aplicadas a la población del Cantón Chillanes. Luego de las pertinentes valoraciones de cualidades y características obtenidas de las personas encuestadas se determinó los factores claves de éxito que contribuirán a la sostenibilidad del emprendimiento aquel compromiso que tiene uno mismo con la familia, la capacidad que tiene para convencer y vender, la persistencia e innovación, la calidad que demuestra al atender al cliente y la calidad de productos, dentro de los criterios se destaca no asociarse con otras personas y no tener los conocimientos básicos en leyes y entre otros documentos sobre emprendimiento.
