La presente investigación titulado“Software multimedia como herramienta didáctica en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la disciplina de matemática para los estudiantes octavo año de educación básica de la escuela “ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO” del Cantón Caluma Provincia Bolívar durante el periodo 2010- 2011” permitió darme cuenta de la necesidad de la enseñanza en los estudiantes que se educan en la mencionada institución. La investigación que desarrolle se hizo en base al tema,problema, una vez que realice la investigación de campo determine la importancia del software multimedia como estrategia didáctica para la aprendizaje activo en la disciplina de matemática. Debo destacar que la propuesta planteada constituye un recurso de software multimedia que contribuye en el proceso de la enseñanza-aprendizaje en los estudiantes de octavo año de educación básica. He determinado que los temas muestran animaciones y el uso adecuado consigue captar las ideas que se quiere transmitir con un aprendizaje dinámico a los estudiantes. Con la elaboración, implementación y el adecuado uso del software multimedia en la disciplina de matemática, mejora el prestigio del docente y de la institución educativa por la forma diferente de impartir conocimientos.
The present investigation titled " Software multimedia like didactic tool in the process of education - learning in the discipline of mathematics for the students eighth year of basic education of the school " ALFREDO NONBOA MONTENEGRO " of the Canton Caluma Provincia Bolivar during the period 2010- 2011 " me allowed to realize of the need of the education in the students who are educated in the mentioned institution. The investigation that it develops was done on the basis of the topic, problem, as soon as it realizes the field investigation the importance of the software determines multimedia as a didactic strategy for the learning I activate in the discipline of mathematics. I must emphasize that the raised offer constitutes a resource of software multimedia that he contributes in the process of the education - learning in the students of eighth year of basic education. I have determined that the topics show animations and the suitable use manages to catch the ideas that want to be transmitted by a dynamic learning to the students. With the production, implementation and the suitable use of the software multimedia in the discipline of mathematics, improves the prestige of the teacher and of the educational institution for the different way of giving knowledge.
