In the course of time, mankind has gestated great men and women who have left an everlasting mark of values and principles, with a vision of the future and what needs to be done to achieve big dreams and ideals of man. The most important qualities of the leader of yesterday have been and are to this day to inspire and watch. This premise leads us to the plane of the same training be initiated at home, is strengthened in the classroom where they share common interests, standards of conduct and interaction develop. This thesis wishes to contribute to institutional development through strategic planning in the Education Unit "January 10th." This research is primarily aimed at those institutions that have competitive weaknesses in strategic planning, institutional development, decision decisions, motivation and coordination. This plan divided into working sections through the implementation of workshops called "actions" that include objectives, strategic activities, resources and duration so as to achieve the intent of it. In Chapter I, a thorough review of the issues is made according to the operationalization of the variables in order to support the hypothesis, argumentation and verification with the theories raised on the subject under investigation. In Chapter II, the methodology proposed in this work, as data collection instruments use primary and secondary (Polls) sources is presented. The population under research consisted of 225 people; of which 21 are teachers working in the school, and 204 students in basic general education, I went to an important methodological field and properly selected, more logical historical methods, deductive, inductive, purposeful dialectic method of 12 investigation action They contributed in the search for truth, developing each change strategies to improve strategic planning in the scene. In Chapter III, analysis, discussion of the results obtained during the implementation of the survey is exposed due to perform tabulations of research work, such as strategic planning, professional development, the hypothesis is also tested by descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis, leading to the conclusions, recommendations, bibliographic finally Annexes and scientific article.
En el devenir del tiempo, la humanidad ha gestado grandes hombres y mujeres que han dejado una huella imperecedera de valores y principios, con una visión del futuro y de lo que se debe hacer para alcanzar los grandes sueños e ideales del ser humano. Las cualidades más importantes del líder del ayer han sido y son hasta nuestros días la de inspirar y visionar. Esta premisa, nos lleva al plano de la formación misma del ser que inicia en el hogar, se fortalece en las aulas escolares donde se comparten intereses comunes, se desarrollan normas de actuación e interacción. La presente tesis desea contribuye al desarrollo institucional por medio de la planificación estratégica en la Unidad Educativa “10 de Enero.” Este trabajo de investigación está dirigido básicamente a aquellas instituciones que presentan debilidad competitiva, en la planificación estratégica en el desarrollo institucional, toma de decisiones, motivación y la coordinación. El presente plan estructurado en secciones de trabajo a través de la puesta en marcha de talleres denominados "acciones" que incluyen: objetivos, actividades estratégicas, recursos y tiempo de duración que permiten alcanzar la intencionalidad del mismo. En el Capítulo I, se hace una revisión minuciosa de los temas según la operacionalización de las variables con la finalidad de respaldar la hipótesis, la argumentación y la verificación con las teorías planteadas sobre el tema que se está investigando. En el Capítulo II, se presentó la metodología planteada en este trabajo, Como instrumentos de recolección de datos utilice fuentes primarias y secundarias (Encuestas). La población objeto de la investigación estuvo 10 constituida por 225 personas; de los cuales 21 son docentes que laboran en el centro Educativo, y 204 estudiantes de Educación General Básica, acudí a un campo metodológico importante y debidamente seleccionado, más de los métodos históricos lógicos, deductivos, inductivos, dialectico propositivo, método de investigación acción que aportaron en la búsqueda de la verdad, desarrollando cada uno de las estrategias de cambio para mejorar la planificación estratégica en el lugar de los hechos. En el Capítulo III, se expone el análisis, discusión de los resultados obtenidos durante la aplicación de la encuesta para realizar las debidas tabulaciones del trabajo investigativo, como es la planificación estratégica en el desarrollo profesional, también se comprobó la hipótesis mediante la estadística descriptiva y análisis cualitativo, dando paso a las conclusiones, recomendaciones, la bibliográfica, por último los anexos y el artículo científico.
