El presente trabajo investigativo titulado “LOS RECURSOS BIBLIOGRÁFICOS DEL CENTRO CULTURAL COMUNITARIO PROF. ADOLFO DE JESÚS TREJO, DEL CANTÓN MOCACHE, PROVINCIA DE LOS RÍOS, AÑO 2013”, obedece fundamentalmente a las deficiencias que presenta el centro, por cuanto la biblioteca como tal no cuenta con todos los recursos necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades básicas de los usuarios. El fondo bibliográfico es obsoleto, las computadoras funcionan a medias, y el ambiente no es el más adecuado para el estudio y la investigación. El proceso investigativo se desarrolló mediante encuestas y entrevistas efectuadas a los usuarios permanentes, así como a funcionarios municipales, estudiantes y comunidad en general; esto con la finalidad de determinar el estado actual del centro, y así poder establecer las estrategias que posibiliten una reingeniería institucional, que propenda a una mejor imagen y por ende a brindar un servicio de calidad con calidez al usuario. Por lo tanto, a través del presente trabajo, se cumple con el objetivo de determinar el alto grado de incidencia que tienen Los Recursos Bibliográficos del Centro Cultural Comunitario Prof. “Adolfo De Jesús Trejo”, del cantón Mocache, Provincia de Los Ríos; en los usuarios. De allí que es importante contar con un fondo bibliográfico actualizado, acorde a las exigencias modernas, y que por sobre todo puedan satisfacer las múltiples necesidades de los/as usuarios. Adicionalmente si a este fondo bibliográfico, lo enmarcamos dentro de un ambiente agradable, con recursos y materiales didácticamente estructurados, estaremos propendiendo a un alto grado de desarrollo intelectual del usuario que concurre diariamente a la biblioteca.
This research work entitled "bibliographic resources CULTURAL CENTER COMMUNITY PROF. Adolfo de Jesus Trejo, Mocache CANTON, PROVINCE OF RIVERS, 2013, "mainly due to the shortcomings of the center, because the library as such does not have all the necessary resources to meet the basic needs of users. The library collection is obsolete computers work by halves, and the atmosphere is not the most appropriate for study and research. The research process was conducted through surveys and interviews with permanent users and municipal officials, students and community; this in order to determine the current status of the center, and thus establish strategies that enable institutional reengineering, that will lead to a better image and thus to provide a quality service with warmth to the user. Therefore, through this work, it meets the objective of determining the high incidence with bibliographic resources of the Community "Adolfo De Jesus Trejo" Prof. Cultural Center, Mocache canton, Los Rios Province; on users. Hence it is important to have an updated, according to modern requirements bibliographic, and that above all they can meet the multiple needs of / as users. Additionally if this bibliographic fund, framed in a pleasant environment, resources and didactically structured materials, tending to be a high degree of intellectual development of the user who attends daily to the library.
