This research project is aimed at achieving a strengthening of rural tourism with a management of community tourism in Salinas Parish, taking into account four communities with tourism projection, for this purpose the needs of each community were analyzed by working for a plan of organizational strengthening. Participation was the guiding thread of the investigation since the identification of the communities that were part of the intervention, recognizes the role and spaces of 26 consultation of local public and private actors; the needs of local actors and organizations were recognized for this purpose, the SWOT matrix was used, in addition to the training requirements of leaders and members of youth committees and groups working in the tourism field, thus seeking to improve the provision of tourist services in each of the communities, and in this way have tools that allow raising awareness in the development of community tourism. El presente proyecto de investigación es con la finalidad de logar un fortalecimiento del turismo rural con una gestión del turismo comunitario en la Parroquia Salinas, tomándose en cuenta cuatro comunidades con proyección turística, para ello se analizó las necesidades de cada comunidad trabajando para un plan de fortalecimiento organizativo. La participación fue el hilo conductor de la investigación desde la identificación de las comunidades que fueron parte de la intervención, reconoce el rol y espacios de concertación de actores públicos y privados locales; se procedió a reconocer las 24 necesidades de los actores locales y las organizaciones para ello se utilizó la matriz FODA, además de los requerimientos de capacitación de líderes y miembros de los comités y grupos juveniles que trabajan en el ámbito turístico, buscando así la mejora de la prestación de servicios turísticas en cada una de las comunidades, y de esta manera contar con herramientas que permitan sensibilizar en el desarrollo del turismo comunitario.
