The purpose of this research was the establishment of the importance of the Plastic Corner in the development of tactile sensory perception in children of Initial Level I, in the Bilingual Intercultural Educational Unit “COCDIAG”, Guanujo Parish, Guaranda Canton, Bolivar Province, 2018-2019 period. The methodology developed was under a quantitative-qualitative approach. As it is a population of children and teachers under 100 subjects, the probabilistic sampling technique was not applied, coinciding with the population with the sample of 29 children and 1 teacher of the initial level I, to collect the information the tab will be used as instruments of observation to know the level of use of the plastic corner and the development profile of Winnie Dunn to assess the development of children's sensory perceptions before and after performing the activities proposed in the Pedagogical Guide, for which a place where the children molded figures, sponge painting, created figures with colored shaving foam, painted sawdust and then made figures, among other activities. After the evaluation, the data evaluated and evaluated will be analyzed as a result with a 95% reliability level that "The plastic corner SI promotes the tactile sensory perceptual development of children of initial I. El propósito de esta investigación fue el de establecer la importancia del Rincón de plástica en el desarrollo de la sensopercepción táctil en niños y niñas del nivel Inicial I, en la Unidad Educativa Intercultural Bilingüe “COCDIAG”, parroquia Guanujo, cantón Guaranda, provincia Bolívar, periodo 2018-2019. La metodología desarrollada fue bajo un enfoque cuanti-cualitativo. Por ser una población de niños y docentes menor a 100 sujetos, no se aplicó la técnica del muestreo probabilístico, coincidiendo la población con la muestra de 29 niños y 1 docente del nivel inicial I, para recolectar la información se utilizaron como instrumentos la ficha de observación para conocer el nivel de utilización del rincón de plástica y el perfil de desarrollo de Winnie Dunn para evaluar el desarrollo sensopercepciones táctiles de los niños antes y después de realizar las actividades propuestas en la Guía Didáctica, para la propuesta se acondicionó un lugar donde los niños realizaron moldeado de figuras, pintura con esponja, crearon figuras con espuma de afeitar coloreada, pintaron aserrín para luego hacer figuras, entre otras actividades. Posterior a la evaluación se analizaron los datos obtenidos y dieron como resultado con un nivel de confiabilidad del 95% que “El rincón de plástica SI promueve el desarrollo sensoperceptivo táctil de niños de inicial I. Unidad Educativa Intercultural Bilingüe “COCDIAG” confirmando la hipótesis planteada. Como conclusión más resaltante surge que la estimulación temprana de los sentidos en los niños es vital para el desarrollo integral y que una técnica efectiva para alcanzar esta meta a cabalidad es la realización de actividades en el rincón de artes plásticas donde los niños alcancen a disfrutar y experimentar los recursos y materiales a través de la sensopercepción táctil
