The design of tourist facilities on the historic ice makers road on the Sara Kapak Ñan route in the Guaranda canton will contribute to tourism development as a mechanism of progress in the rural environment. Having planned and sustainable tools, based on the participation of organized local populations for the benefit of the community, was possible through updating the inventory of natural and cultural attractions, design of interpretive media and finally preparing a proposal for tourist facilities on the historical road of icemakers. For the fulfillment of the field investigation, since the information was collected on-site, thus allowing us to relate directly to the community and thus be able to identify the needs and problems in relation to the facilities to be implemented in the route to reach propose the activities that can be carried out within the tourist activity. In this sense, there is a proposal of tourist facilities in the historical path of those that will allow to increase the interest in your visit and will also offer the possibility of making the tour safely and with the guarantees of a visit that motivates quality in the route of The ice makers.
El diseño de facilidades turísticas en el camino histórico de los hieleros en la ruta Sara Kapak Ñan en el cantón Guaranda permitirá contribuir con el desarrollo turístico como un mecanismo de progreso en el medio rural. Fue posible a través de actualizar el inventario de los atractivos naturales y culturales, diseño de los medios interpretativos y finalmente elaborar una propuesta de facilidades turísticas en el camino histórico de los hieleros. Para el cumplimiento de la investigación de campo, ya que se levantó la información in-situ, permitiéndonos de esta manera relacionarnos directamente con la comunidad y así poder identificar las necesidades y problemas en relación a las facilidades a implementar en la ruta para poder llegar a proponer las actividades que se pueden realizar dentro de la actividad turística. En este sentido se cuenta con una propuesta de facilidades turísticas en el camino histórico de los que permitirá incrementar el interés en su visita además brindará la posibilidad de realizar el recorrido de manera segura y con las garantías de una visita que motive calidad en la ruta de los hieleros
