Cumplimiento de la Normativa de Control Prenatal en el Centro de Salud tipo A Lican, provincia Chimborazo, cantón Riobamba, durante el período junio 2018 a junio 2019

Objective: To determine compliance with prenatal control regulations in the “Lican” type A health center, Chimborazo Province, Riobamba Canton during the period MayJuly 2019. Methodology: Quantitative, descriptive, documentary, cross-sectional research, participated 30 users attended at the Lican health center, who applied the survey consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions, in addition to the verification of compliance with prenatal control regulations, an observation guide was applied. The respective tabulation of the results was carried out through the Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word program, tables and graphs will be used to present the results, and the analysis and interpretation related to the research background. Results: The informative data of patients who have errors are incomplete and poorly readable letters. In the first control there are no records of the determination of risk factors, detection of bacteriuria, which decreases the degree of compliance with the prenatal control regulations. In addition, vaginal cytology is not taken for pap smears, and there is a large gap even in the absence of education and information about pregnancy care, warning signs. In addition, it is verified that in some medical records there is no reference and counter-reference document. Conclusions: The women under study have a positive perspective regarding the prenatal care provided by the health staff of the Lican health center, since they consider the care to be good and efficient. In some medical records the data of the mothers are not complete or illegible, there is little record of education and promotion of pregnancy care, identification of alarm signs, reference systems and counter-referral and cytology sample is not taken cervical. Objetivo: Determinar el cumplimiento de la normativa del control prenatal en el centro de salud tipo A “Lican”, Provincia Chimborazo, Cantón Riobamba durante el período mayo-julio 2019. Metodología: Investigación cuantitativa, descriptivo, documental, de diseño transversal, participaron 30 usuarias atendidas en el centro de salud Lican, a quienes se aplicó la encuesta que consta de 10 preguntas de opción múltiple, además para la verificación del cumplimiento de la normativa de control prenatal se aplicó una guía de observación. Se realizó la respectiva tabulación de los resultados a través del programa Microsoft Excel y Microsoft Word, se utilizaron tablas y gráficos para la presentación de los resultados, y el análisis e interpretación se relacionó con los antecedentes de la investigación. Resultados: Los datos informativos de las pacientes poseen errores, están incompletos y letras poco legibles. En el primer control no hay registros de la determinación de factores de riesgo, detección de bacteriuria, lo cual disminuiría el grado de cumplimiento de la normativa de control prenatal. Además no se realiza la toma de citología vaginal para el papanicolau, y existe una gran brecha aun de falta de educación e información sobre los cuidados en el embarazo, signos de alarma. Además se verifica que en algunas historias clínicas no consta el documento de referencia y contrareferencia. Conclusiones: Las mujeres sujeto de estudio tienen una perspectiva positiva respecto a la atención prenatal proporcionado por el personal de salud del centro de salud Lican, pues consideran buena y eficiente la atención. En algunas historias clínicas los datos de las madres no están completos o son ilegibles, existe poco registro de la educación y promoción de los cuidados en el embarazo, identificación de signos de alarma, sistemas de referencia y contrareferencia y no se toma la muestra de citología cervical. Por lo cual se verifica que no se cumple en su totalidad la normativa de control prenatal. Palabras clave: cumplimiento, normativa, control prenatal, gestante, programa.
