El proyecto en mención, consiste en; “PROYECTO DE INVERSIÓN PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA PRODUCTORA DE MERMELADA, EN LA PARROQUIA LA MAGDALENA, CANTÓN CHIMBO,PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR,AÑO 2010”. Se trata de una empresa que tiene como misión producir mermelada bajo estándares de calidad que brinden al consumidor beneficios nutricionales a bajo costo en la zona urbana de la ciudad de Guaranda. Se pretende que sea una empresa líder en la producción y comercialización de mermeladas con un mercado laboral, de alta calidad, con valor económico creciente, de prestigio, por su servicio eficiente y eficaz al consumidor, con un accionar muy pendiente del medio ambiente y con personal comprometido con los objetivos trazados. Este producto siendo altamente nutricional con un grado de vitaminas y proteínas que contribuyen a una seguridad alimenticia, en las últimas décadas ha ido adquiriendo una importancia notable dentro de los negocios del mundo, es muy común observar en cada hogar, oficina, bares, gasolineras, centros comerciales, etc. Existe la viabilidad en la implementación de la empresa de mermelada en la parroquia La Magdalena, por lo que se la considera aceptable, ya que a su alrededor existe producción de mora y tomate de árbol, los mismos que son la principal materia prima y la existencia de mano de obra que facilitará la elaboración de nuestro producto, el cual será distribuido al mercado del sector urbano de la Ciudad de Guaranda Provincia Bolívar, para ello hemos emitido un estudio que intervienen disciplinas como, estadística, investigación de mercados, ingeniería de proyectos, contabilidad en varios aspectos ( costos, balance general, estado de resultados, etc.), distribución de la planta , finanzas, ingeniería económica, permitiendo con ello constatar la viabilidad técnica, económica y de mercado del proyecto. Según los estudios realizados, se avizora una oportunidad aceptable para el emprendimiento, partiendo de la consigna de que en las crisis las oportunidades se hacen presentes manteniendo una actitud optimista dentro de lo que cabe. X El proyecto como tal genera valores agregados a la sociedad (empleo, impuestos), al comprador (calidad y buen servicio) y al inversionista al generar adecuados ingresos y utilidades. La inversión inicial en activo fijo y variable asciende a un monto de 94.463,82.dolares.
