El presente trabajo de tesis titulado: PROYECTOS ACCIÓN Y SERVICIO PARA EL ESTUDIANTES DEL INTERNACIONAL DE CREATIVIDAD, DESARROLLO PERSONAL DE LOS SEGUNDO AÑO DEL BACHILLERATO DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA ANGEL POLIBIO CHAVES, CANTÓN SAN MIGUEL, PERIODO LECTIVO 2012-2013. Busca implementar proyectos, de creatividad, acción y servicio que ayudan al desarrollo personal de los estudiantes del Bachillerato Internacional, siendo el anhelo más grande formar jóvenes humanista. Este programa denominado, Creatividad Acción y Servicio toma muy enserio la vida fuera del mundo escolar. El desarrollo creativo físico, inteligente y social de los seres humanos puede moldearse a partir de sus experiencias. La participación en proyectos de Creatividad Acción y Servicio, anima a los estudiantes a compartir sus energías sus talentos especiales a la vez que desarrollan su entendimiento del mundo, la preocupación por este y su capacidad de trabajar en colaboración con los demás. Creatividad Acción y Servicio exige al máximo a cada uno de los estudiantes su participación en cada uno de los proyectos aquí desarrollados, son un reto para los estudiantes que les permite generar un sistema de valores y lo más importante les ayuda a desarrollar su personalidad y a crecer como personas. De igual manera en estos proyectos se estimula la creatividad las habilidades en diferentes sentidos sean estos creativos, físicos, sociales, ayuda a que el alumno sea responsable con los miembros de toda la comunidad educativa y el entorno. IXCon esta actividad que se desarrolló se implementó el departamento de Creatividad Acción y Servicio del Bachillerato Internacional. Además Creatividad Acción y Servicio es un programa que debe ser cumplido para que los estudiantes aprueben el diploma, ya que estos proyectos ayudan al desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional de los estudiantes, que viene a ser una parte integral de la educación internacional. Capítulo I. Para tener un conocimiento de la problemática que me lleva a esta investigación me he basado en el Marco Teórico Científico, con diferentes bases teóricas que fundamentan la necesidad de implementar proyectos sociales como un camino seguro para alcanzar el desarrollo personal de los estudiantes aspecto muy importante para formar jóvenes, con valores, humanistas, solidarios y capaces de relacionarse con el entorno, hago énfasis en los diferentes proyectos existentes pero a los proyectos a los que mejor me oriento son a los sociales , artísticos, culturales, educativos enfocado siempre a desarrollar las habilidades y destrezas de los estudiantes en la comunicación con grupos vulnerables de la sociedad. Esta necesidad de innovación aplicación de proyectos de creatividad acción y servicios debe ser una constante para aquel docente que busca nuevos retos, pueda alcanzar el desarrollo personal de los estudiantes. Capítulo II. Se describe los métodos en los que nos apoyamos en la organización y ejecución de nuestro trabajo, los métodos que fueron puestos en práctica son Inductivo, deductivo, presentado de una manera fácil de seguir, por lo que al final conté con un grado de apreciación muy factible y objetiva, para la cual se establece el tipo de investigación, la selección del universo y la relación que establecemos con la Unidad Educativa aplicada a los sujetos investigados, que fue en su totalidad (8 docentes, 40 estudiantes) con una población medible. Se presenta la estrategia de Xcambio, la misma que contiene los proyectos que están siendo ejecutados cumpliendo con los objetivos y variables inmersos en la investigación. Capítulo III. Donde se hace el análisis de los resultados obtenidos antes y después de la tabulación de las encuestas, y con ellas configuramos cuadros y gráficos, pertinentes, para después interpretarlos en forma cualitativa. Lo que hace que se llegue a la comprobación de la hipótesis y así poder sacar nuestras propias conclusiones y recomendaciones del tema propuesto. Se incluye las referencias bibliográficas, anexos, artículo científico realizado sobre la importancia de proyectos de creatividad acción y servicio para el desarrollo personal de los estudiantes del Bachillerato Internacional.
The present thesis entitled CREATIVE PROJECTS ACTION AND SERVICE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT OF SECOND YEAR STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE BACHELOR POLYBIUS ANGEL OF CANTON SAN MIGUEL CHAVES DURING THE PERIOD 2012-2013. Project seeks to implement creativity, action and service that help the personal development of International Baccalaureate students, with the greatest desire to train young humanist. This program called Creativity Action and Service takes very seriously the life outside the school world. The physical and social creative development of human beings can be molded from their experiences, participation in projects CAS encourages students to share their energies special talents while developing their understanding of the world and concern for this and their ability to work collaboratively with oath With this scientific academic work, which I hope CAS development projects contribute to the personal development of the students of the International Baccalaureate Furthermore CAS is a program that must be met for students to pass the diploma, as these projects help develop emotional intelligence of students coming to an integral part of international education. Chapter I. To have an understanding of the problem which leads me to this research I have relied on the theoretical framework Scientist, with different theoretical bases underlying the need to implement social projects as a sure way to reach the students' personal development very important aspect train young people with values , XIIhumanistic , caring and able to interact with the environment deferens I emphasize the existing projects but the projects that my bearings are better social, artistic, cultural , educational, always focused at developing the skills and abilities students in communication with vulnerable groups of society. In the first instance focuses are class projects and noted that there is also the importance of the implementation of projects of creativity, action and service projects that are to be performed by the students of this school as a fundamental requirement to complete their studies and achieve a diploma. The CAS projects depend on the creativity, skills and abilities of each student group responsible for. This need for innovation creativity implementing action projects and services must be a constant for that teacher who seeks to reach new personal development of students. Chapter II. It describes the methods in which we support the organization and execution of our work, the methods that were implemented are inductive, deductive, presented in an easy to follow, so that in the end we have a very feasible degree of appreciation and objective, for which sets the type of research, selection of the universe and the relationship we established with the Education Unit applied to the research subjects, which was in full (eight teachers, 40 students) with a measurable population. Chapter III, where it is the analysis of the results obtained before and after the tabulation of the surveys, and configures those charts and graphs, relevant, and then interprets it in a qualitative way. What makes you reach the hypothesis testing so we can draw our own conclusions, and then try to take our recommendations of the proposed topic.
