The project of research is within the line of research management of Sciences economic and administrative, using the methodology required same that allows integrate it mode qualitative-quantitative since helped to collect and analyze information accounting based on them indicators financial and of it culture organizational with it application of them surveys obtaining information real of the situation current of the Union and the impact that generates in them services , likewise is sets the type of research, the methods used, as well as also them technical e instruments that served for to know it reality financial and administrative of the institution. The model of management administrative financial designed, is that that improves the management economic, financial, administrative and operational of the Union of drivers professional of Bolivar, through the optimization of the resources financial. Speaking of a model is understood as a set of techniques and activities to give to the institution of a structure suitable financial administrative needs through proper planning, choice and control, both in the preparation and in the use of resources. With the implementation of the model of management, the institution may assign correctly them resources economic through the time, getting help to the Committee Executive and Secretary General to can take decisions appropriate and appropriate for the entity work successfully. Taking in account that the control financial and the manual of processes administrative are tools designed in order that them political and strategies help to the performance of them resources institutional.
El proyecto de investigación está dentro de la línea de investigación gestión de ciencias económicas y administrativas, empleando la metodología necesaria la misma que permite integrar la modalidad cuali-cuantitativa ya que ayudó a recopilar y analizar información contable en base a los indicadores financieros y de la cultura organizacional con la aplicación de las encuestas obteniendo información real de la situación actual del sindicato y el impacto que genera en los servicios, así mismo se establece el tipo de investigación, los métodos utilizados, así como también las técnicas e instrumentos que sirvieron para poder conocer la realidad administrativa-financiera de la institución. El modelo de Gestión Administrativo Financiero diseñado, es aquel que mejora la gestión económica, financiera, administrativa y operacional del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar, mediante la optimización de los recursos económicos-financieros. Al hablar de un modelo se entiende como el conjunto de técnicas y actividades encaminadas a otorgar a la institución de una estructura administrativo financiero idóneo en función de sus necesidades mediante una adecuada planificación, elección y control, tanto en la elaboración como en la utilización de los recursos. Con la implementación del Modelo de Gestión, la institución podrá asignar correctamente los recursos económicos a través del tiempo, consiguiendo ayudar al comité ejecutivo y Secretario General a que puedan tomar decisiones apropiadas y adecuadas para que la entidad funcione exitosamente. Tomando en cuenta que el control financiero y el manual de procesos administrativo son herramientas diseñadas con el propósito de que las políticas y estrategias ayuden al desempeño de los recursos institucional.
