La presente investigación acción participativa: LA METODOLOGÍA LÚDICA EN LA GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA PARA PROMOVER EL DESARROLLO PSICO-SOCIAL EN LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DEL PRIMER AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA, DE LA ESCUELA FISCAL Nº5 “HÉCTOR LARA ZAMBRANO” CANTÓN MILAGRO, PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS; EN EL PERÍODO LECTIVO 2010-2011., se revela como una dimensión del desarrollo de los individuos, siendo parte constitutiva del ser humano al referirse a las necesidades del ser humano, de comunicarse, de sentir, expresarse y producir en los seres humanos una serie de emociones orientadas hacia el entretenimiento, la diversión, el esparcimiento, que nos llevan a gozar, reír, gritar e inclusive llorar en una verdadera fuente generadora de emociones. La metodología lúdica, por tanto fomenta el desarrollo psico-social, la conformación de la personalidad, evidencia valores, puede orientarse a la adquisición de saberes, encerrando una amplia gama de actividades donde interactúan el placer, el gozo, la creatividad y el conocimiento. El capítulo I, prevé un proceso argumentativo de las diferentes teorías que propiciar un posicionamiento intelectivo hacia las perfectibles categorías que permiten a la investigación intelectiva revelar mediante estrategias de cambio una propuesta que vulnerabilice los procesos positivistas que reprimen el desarrollo psico-social. El capítulo II, define desde la abstracción las condiciones metódicas de la investigación, las técnicas indagativo hipotético-deductivas, el universo: población sujeta de estudio. Así como, las estrategias de cambio, mismas que pretenden apoyar a resolver el problema asociado al exiguo desarrollo psico-social sometido a condiciones empírico-observacional. El capítulo III, revela conclusiones y recomendaciones como respuesta a la elaboración y aplicación de instrumentos empíricos primarios, imperativo indagativo que a partir de la estadística básico-descriptiva reconoce la inefectiva gestión educativa y las particularidades conductistas y fenomenológicas características propias del iusnaturalismo
This participatory action research: LA methodology LÚDICA in LA management educational for promote the development PSYCHO-SOCIAL in the boys and girls of the first year of basic GENERAL education, of the school Attorney No. 5 "Hector LARA ZAMBRANO" Canton MILAGRO, GUAYAS province; IN the period LECTIVO 2010-2011, revealed as a dimension of the development of individuals, as constituent parts of the human being to the refer to the needs of humans, communicate, feel , express themselves and produce in humans a series of entertainment, fun, leisure-oriented emotions, that we carriedn enjoy, laugh, cry and even cry in a true generating source of emotions. The ludic methodology, therefore promotes psycho-social development, the formation of personalityevidence values, it can be oriented to the acquisition of knowledge, enclosing a wide range of activities where interact the pleasure, joy, creativity and knowledge. Chapter I, provides for an argumentative process of the different theories that lead to an intellectual position towards the perfectible categories allowing Trinitate research to reveal a proposal that vulnerabilice positivist processes which repress the psycho-social development through strategies for change. Chapter II defines from abstraction methodical research conditions, hipotético-deductivas indagativo techniques, the universe: subject study population. As well as, change strategies, same seeking support to solve the problem associated with the meager psycho-social development submitted to empírico-observacional conditions. Chapter III, reveals findings and recommendations in response to the elaboration and implementation of primary empirical instruments, imperative indagativo that start from the básico-descriptiva statistical recognizes the ineffective educational management and behavioral characteristics and phenomenological characteristics of the upon.
