This research work is defined under the theme "Management information systems used in the microenterprises of Salinas Parish, 2018". The purpose of this research is to determine if the microenterprises of the Salinas Parish use management information systems in the management of daily activities and if this way they are able to be more efficient in their processes and decision making. The methodology used in the research is exploratory, descriptive and field, through which we will know how GIS affects the management of microenterprises; the applied research techniques for data collection are the surveys to the different administrators of the microenterprises of the Salinas Parish, and in this way generate a system that fits their needs. Keywords: Management information systems, competitive advantage, decision making.
El presente trabajo de investigación se define bajo el tema “Sistemas de información gerencial utilizados en las microempresas de la Parroquia Salinas, año 2018”. Esta investigación tiene como propósito determinar si las microempresas de la Parroquia Salinas utilizan los sistemas de información gerencial en el manejo de las actividades cotidianas y si de esta manera logran ser más eficientes en sus procesos y en la toma de decisiones. La metodología que se utilizó en la investigación es de carácter exploratoria, descriptiva y de campo, mediante las cuales vamos a conocer como incide los SIG en el manejo de las microempresas; las técnicas de investigación aplicadas para la recolección de datos son las encuestas a los diferentes administradores de las microempresas de la Parroquia Salinas, y de esta manera generar un sistema que se acople a sus necesidades.
