INVENTORY CONTROL OF MERCHANDISE, IN THE DETERMINATION OF PROFITABILITY, OF THE LIBRARY GARCIA HNOS, OF CANTÒN GUARANDA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, PERIOD 2017- 2018. The present project has been done in Libería García Hnos. Letting us know that we have obtained the necessary information for it thanks to the opening of its owner. With the research carried out, it has been determined that they do not have an inventory control that helps them determine the real profitability of the business. It has been explained to its owner. Stalin García, who does not have any inventory so they do not know what products they have in stock and what they finished, this means that they do not give good attention to their customers. For all this I have set general and specific objectives which have been met. The owner of the Bookshop has taken the decision to initiate an inventory control knowing that this will improve the management of his business, the owner will know how much is the exact profitability and in the same way will give a better attention to his clients
El presente proyecto lo hemos realizado en Librería García Hnos. dejando constancia que hemos obtenida la información necesaria para el mismo gracias a la apertura de su propietario. Con la investigación realizada se ha determinado que no cuentan con un control de inventario que les ayude a determinar la real rentabilidad del negocio se le ha explicado a su propietario Lcdo. Stalin García que al no contar con ningún tipo de inventario hace que no sepan con que productos cuenta en existencia y cuales se terminaron esto hace que no se les dé una buena atención a sus clientes. Por todo esto se ha planteado objetivos generales como específicos los cuales se han cumplido. El propietario de la Librería ha tomado la decisión de iniciar un control de inventarios sabiendo que esto mejorará la administración de su negocio, el propietario sabrá cuanto es la rentabilidad exacta y de la misma manera dará una mejor atención a sus clientes.
