El eje central del presente proyecto es gerenciar el centro de venta de carne de ganado bovino mediante el mejoramiento de la comercialización de carne en la ciudad Guaranda. Se determina la existencia de un número suficiente de consumidores y las condiciones bajo las cuales estarían dispuestos a demandar una cantidad de producto específica, todo ello a través del diseño y puesta en marcha de una correcta investigación de mercados, así como también un completo análisis de resultados que conlleve a la toma de decisiones sobre el desarrollo del proyecto. El estudio técnico, trata sobre la definición de la función de producción óptima que permita utilizar los recursos de manera eficaz y eficiente, y definir cantidades de materia prima, mano de obra e inversión en general. Se analizaron los factores necesarios para organizarla empresa, es decir, se determina la estructura bajo la cual la misma actuará, su nombre o razón social y todos los requerimientos legal es necesarios para su puesta en marcha del proyecto. El Estudio financiero constituye el Capítulo en el mismo que se ordena y sistematiza toda la información financiera recolectada en los capítulos anteriores, se definen los ingresos, egresos e inversiones necesarias, para posterior a ello analizar y evaluar los resultados, determinando la viabilidad financiera del proyecto y la asignación de recursos para la puesta en marcha del plan de negocios.
The focus of this project is to manage the sale of meat center of cattle by improving the marketing of meat in the city Guaranda. Determine the existence of a sufficient number of consumers and the conditions under which they would be willing to demand a specific amount of product, all through the design and implementation of proper market research, as well as a complete analysis of results that lead has been making decisions about the project. The technical study is about the definition of optimal production function that allows to use resources effectively and efficiently, and to define quantities of raw materials, labor and investment in general. We analyzed the factors necessary to organize the company, ie, it determines the structure under which the same act, your name or business name and all legal requirements necessary to launch the project called. Financial analysis is the chapter on the same ordering and systematizing all financial information collected in previous chapters, defines the revenues, expenditures and investments needed to post it to analyze and evaluate the results, determining the financial viability and the allocation of resources for implementation
