The Union School of Professional Drivers San Miguel provides professional training services to the community of the province and the country, eagerly seeks to constantly improve its positioning and competitiveness for the world in the market and overcome financial doubts that it faces, reason why which is essential to have an adequate accounting process that allows you to carry out your transactions based on legal and current accounting principles and rules. In the development of this research qualitative and quantitative methodology was used, which allowed to collect and analyze specific data on accounting and financial information on the basis of economic activities and culture of the school, was examined through the application of methods, techniques and instruments to gather reliable information, since the work is based on the accounting process and financial administration, variables that served to diagnose the current situation. A proposal was proposed with basic elements such as the change of the current accounting process, the financial management through the necessary financial direction to contribute to the decision making and the optimization of the economic resources, the general proposal in a reformed process. of the school, that provides true financial data and an adequate administration, based on effective accounting information. When talking about a process, the set of steps, techniques and activities that must be followed are established, so that a process is based on theoretical and scientific bases supported by bibliography according to the subject of study; Then, this financial accounting structure can be facilitated according to your needs and activities, so that the economic resources are correctly allocated by the administration. La Escuela Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales San Miguel presta sus servicios de formación profesional a la colectividad de la provincia y el país, con afán busca constantemente mejorar su posicionamiento y competitividad para mantenerse en el mercado y superar ciertas dificultades financieras a las que se enfrenta, motivo por el cual es esencial que cuente con un adecuado proceso contable que le permita efectuar ordenadamente sus transacciones en base a principios y normas contables legales y vigentes. En el desarrollo de esta investigación se empleó la metodología cuali-cuantitativa, que permitió recopilar y analizar datos específicos sobre la información contable y financiera en base a las actividades económicas y la cultura organizacional de la escuela, se examinó mediante la aplicación de métodos, técnicas e instrumentos para recabar información fidedigna, ya que el trabajo se fundamenta teóricamente en el proceso contable y la administración financiera, variables que sirvieron para diagnosticar la actual situación . Se plantea una propuesta con elementos básicos como el fortalecimiento del actual proceso contable, y ayudar a la administración financiera a través del direccionamiento financiero necesario para contribuir a la toma de decisiones y a la optimización de los recursos económicos, la propuesta radica en un reformado proceso contable de la escuela, que suministre datos financieros verídicos y una adecuada administración, con base en información contable efectiva. Al hablar de un proceso se establece el conjunto de pasos, técnicas y actividades que deben seguirse, por lo cual se desarrolló un proceso fundamentado en bases teóricas y científicas sustentada con bibliografía acorde al tema de estudio; entonces se facilita de esta manera una estructura contable financiera en función de sus necesidades y actividades, para que se asignen correctamente los recursos económicos por parte de la administración.
