His research work takes into account fundamental for the improvement of education quality aspects, recognizing the importance of educational administration and inclusion in the teaching and learning processes of teachers and students of educational institutions of the parish of San Pablo, Canton St. Miguel, Bolivar Province. The objectives of the study, promote the development of the administration and educational inclusion in institutions, through the connection between theory and practice aiming to meet the special educational needs of students, whether or not associated with disabilities, thereby ensuring the best interests of the students. The field research allowed demonstrating the presence of students with special educational needs, requiring specialized intervention to overcome their difficulties, which is why micrioplanificación curricular work is based on motivational strategies and specific curricular adaptations. It discusses alternatives for changes in the administration and inclusion education and teaching process, considering and promoting educational and pedagogical improvements based planning according to the Upgrading and Strengthening Curriculum of Basic General Education in Educational Institutions of the sector where He conducted the research. Data were analyzed and strategies for change that allowed providing an appropriate proposal to the investigation work, it manifested as an alternative to improve the process of learning of teachers and students was analyzed and accepted in educational institutions raised the San Pablo parish Athens. In the course of the investigation the structure of government and educational inclusion for these institutions a simple, flexible and adaptable to each of the institutions where applicable way comes. This research is structured in three chapters. Marco Teórico. - Where there is scientific theory of management and educational inclusion that support the two variables, also the Conceptual Theory, Theory Reference, Situational Theory, and Legal Theory. Here is Methodological. - strategies, Type Research, Techniques and Tools, Population Research Methods, Plan Processing and Data Analysis, Implementation Strategies for Change. Analysis and Interpretation of data. It consists of the interpretation of data from the survey of teachers and students of institutions, hypothesis testing, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and appendices.
El presente trabajo investigativo toma en consideración aspectos fundamentales para el mejoramiento de la calidad educativa, reconociendo la importancia de la administración e inclusión educativa en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje de los docentes y estudiantes de las Instituciones Educativas de la parroquia de San Pablo, Cantón San Miguel, Provincia Bolívar. Son objetivos del estudio, promover el desarrollo de la administración e inclusión educativa en las instituciones, a través de la conexión entre teoría y praxis buscando atender las necesidades educativas especiales de los estudiantes, estén o no asociadas a discapacidad, garantizando con ello el interés superior de los estudiantes. La investigación de campo permitió evidenciar la presencia de estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales, que requerían intervención especializada para superar sus dificultades, es por ello que el trabajo de micrioplanificación curricular se sustenta en estrategias motivadoras y adaptaciones curriculares específicas. Se aborda alternativas para lograr cambios en la administración e inclusión educativa y el proceso de Enseñanza Aprendizaje, planteando y promoviendo mejoramientos pedagógicos y educativos en base la planificación de acuerdo a la Actualización y Fortalecimiento Curricular de Educación General Básica en las Instituciones Educativas del sector donde se realizó la investigación. Se analizaron los datos y se plantearon estrategias de cambio que permitieron brindar una propuesta adecuada al trabajo investigado, la misma que se manifiesta como alternativa para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los profesores y estudiantes que fue analizado y acogido en las instituciones educativas de la Parroquia San Pablo de Atenas. En el desarrollo de la investigación se presenta la estructura de la Administración e Inclusión educativa para este tipo de instituciones de una manera sencilla, flexible y adaptable a cada una de las instituciones donde sea aplicable. Este trabajo de investigación está estructurado de tres capítulos. Marco Teórico.- Donde existe la Teoría Científica de administración e inclusión educativa que sustentan las dos variables, también la Teoría Conceptual, Teoría Referencial, Teoría Situacional, Teoría jurídica. Estrategias Metodológicas.- Aquí se encuentra, el Tipo de Investigación, Técnicas e Instrumentos, Población, Métodos de Investigación, Plan de Procesamiento y Análisis de Datos, Aplicación de Estrategias de Cambio. Análisis e Interpretación de Datos.- Está compuesto por la Interpretación de datos de la encuesta aplicada a los profesores de las instituciones, Comprobación de la Hipótesis, Conclusiones, Recomendaciones, Bibliografía y anexos.
