The project EVALUATION TO THE PRE-PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES OF THE NURSING CAREER OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF BOLÍVAR, ZONE 5 IN THE PERIOD 2016-2018. It arises with the need to want to know the current state of practice through an evaluation of this process during the periods 2016-2018; evaluation that takes place framed in the demands raised by entities of control of the Institutions of Higher Education (IES) in Ecuador, for the accreditation of university careers. The research project is considered descriptive because, by means of an evaluation, the characteristics of the rotating internship processes in the nursing career are known, the project is longitudinal to be carried out in a particular period of time, it is qualitative given that in First, a theoretical description of the object of study and quantitative is done because the level of compliance of the indicators is quantified, the population considered, are all those documents that support or sustain the performance of pre-professional practices. The most relevant results are that there is a percentage of 89% to 94% of total compliance or always of the indicators proposed by the CEAACES now called CACES, and 6% where the indicators are not adequately met or there is deficiencies in the fulfillment of these. El proyecto EVALUACIÓN A LAS PRÁCTICAS PRE-PROFESIONALES DE LA CARRERA DE ENFERMERÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DE BOLÍVAR, ZONA 5 EN EL PERIODO 2016-2018. Surge con la necesidad de querer conocer el estado actual de las practica a través de una evaluación de este proceso durante los periodos 2016- 2018; evaluación que se realiza enmarcándose en las exigencias planteadas por con entes de control de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) en Ecuador, para la acreditación de carreras universitarias. El proyecto investigativo se considera de tipo descriptivo debido a que por medio de una evaluación se conoce las características de los procesos de internado rotativo en la carrera de enfermería, el proyecto es longitudinal por realizarse en un periodo de tiempo particular, es cualitativo dado que en primera instancia se realiza una descripción teórica del objeto de estudio y cuantitativo porque se cuantifica el nivel de cumplimiento de los indicadores, la población considerada, son todos aquellos documentos que respalden o sustenten la realización de prácticas pre profesionales. Los resultados más relevantes es que existe un porcentaje de un 89% a un 94% de cumplimiento total o siempre de los indicadores propuestos por el CEAACES ahora llamado CACES y un 6% en donde los indicadores no se cumplen adecuadamente o existe deficiencias en el cumplimiento de estos.
