El Cuidado Directo al Paciente, la Administración de los Servicios de Salud, la Investigación Continua, y la Educación al individuo, familia y comunidad, es el arte de la enfermería basándonos en este último rol de la enfermera realizamos este Plan de Capacitación al personal de Enfermería del Servicio de Medicina Interna del Hospital “Alfredo Noboa Montenegro”, acerca de las Medidas de Bioseguridad, Protección y Confort en pacientes con Evento Cerebro Vascular; así como su fisiopatología y Cuidados de Enfermería que esta amerita. Mediante el avance y desarrollo de la investigación se ha evidenciado que la educación es la base del desarrollo de los pueblos, reflejándose este en la actitud y comportamiento de cada uno de sus sujetos y en la forma en la que estos se desarrollan en su práctica diaria, por lo que asimilamos que el personal de Enfermería debe estar en Educación continua para que nuestras acciones sean de calidad y calidez en beneficio de los pacientes que padecen esta Enfermedad. El presente Plan de Capacitación se lo va a desarrollar con el personal de Enfermería del Servicio de Medicina Interna del Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, englobando así a las Licenciadas en Ciencias de la Enfermería y como también a los Auxiliares de enfermería, en la Sala de reuniones del servicio antes mencionado, se va a dictar la temática en el transcurso de un día, mediante convocatoria al personal de interés; se tratara temas que hemos evidenciado deficientes en la práctica de Enfermería al tratar a pacientes con Evento Cerebro Vascular, de la misma manera será tratada la patología, puesto que es básico el conocimiento que sobre este se maneja se contara con el apoyo del Dr. Santiago Pacheco y el Dr. Héctor Ortega.
