The descriptive research: SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS IN THE BACHELOR STUDENTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT GUARANDA, FROM OCTOBER 2017-MARCH 2018, is a topical issue, because adolescents are the most vulnerable social group, the wrong orientation increases the indicators of problems of sexual and reproductive nature. This requires looking for processes of continuous improvement within the educational training of students. In Chapter I, through analysis and research, the problem, the objectives and the Justification of the investigation are raised and formulated, related to the students' level of knowledge about sexual and reproductive rights. In Chapter II, the theoretical and scientific knowledge is investigated and structured, statistical data that underlie the research and is used as comparative data with the results obtained. It describes basic concepts such as sexual health, contraceptive methods, gender violence, sexuality in adolescence, sexually transmitted infections and, above all, sexual and reproductive rights. In Chapter III, the methodology of the research is characterized in a quantitative and descriptive way, through the application of statistical techniques and sampling that provides the levels of knowledge of the students evaluated. The sample of the total of the baccalaureate population was 256 students, who were also trained and were part of the educational program presented at the institution. To describe the levels of knowledge that students possess, terms such as: high, medium or low were used, depending on the information provided when evaluating the survey responses. In Chapter IV, the results of the surveys are compiled and analyzed. Under the analysis and interpretation of statistical tables and graphs, the different objectives proposed are described when describing the sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents, the sexual and reproductive activity, and the level of knowledge of students about sexual and reproductive rights, as well as their sexual activity and behavior. In Chapter V, it specifies the conclusions of the results expected by the proposed research and suggests ideas for improving the level of knowledge and activities of students around their Sexual Rights in the form of recommendations.
La investigación descriptiva: DERECHOS SEXUALES Y REPRODUCTIVOS EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE BACHILLERATO DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA GUARANDA, DE OCTUBRE 2017-MARZO 2018, es un tema de actualidad, porque los adolescentes son el grupo social más vulnerable, la equivocada orientación incrementa los indicadores de problemas de índole sexual y reproductiva. Esto exige a buscar procesos de mejora continua dentro de la formación educativa de los estudiantes. En el Capítulo I, mediante el análisis e investigación se plantea y formula el problema, los objetivos y la Justificación de la investigación, relacionados con el nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes sobre derechos sexuales y reproductivos. En el Capítulo II, se indaga y estructura los conocimientos teóricos y científicos, datos estadísticos que fundamentan la investigación y se utiliza como datos comparativos con los resultados obtenidos. Se describe conceptos básicos como salud sexual, métodos anticonceptivos, violencia de género, la sexualidad en la adolescencia, infecciones de transmisión sexual y sobre todo, derechos sexuales y reproductivos. En el Capítulo III, se caracteriza la metodología de la investigación de forma cuantitativa y descriptiva, mediante la aplicación de técnicas estadísticas y muestreos que proporciona los niveles de conocimiento de los estudiantes evaluados. La muestra del total de la población de bachillerato fue 256 estudiantes, quienes además fueron capacitados y formaron parte del programa educativo presentado en la institución. Para describir los niveles de conocimiento que los estudiantes poseen se utilizó términos como: alto, medio o bajo, dependiendo de la información proporcionada al evaluar las respuestas de las encuestas. En el Capítulo IV, se recopila y analiza los resultados de las encuestas, bajo el análisis e interpretación de cuadros y gráficos estadísticos se revela los diferentes objetivos planteados al describir las características sociodemográficas de los encuestados, la actividad sexual y reproductiva, y el nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes sobre los derechos sexuales y reproductivos, además de su actividad y comportamiento sexual. En el Capítulo V, se especifica las conclusiones de los resultados esperados por la investigación planteada, y se sugieren ideas para el mejorar el nivel de conocimiento y las actividades de los estudiantes entorno a sus Derechos Sexuales en forma de recomendaciones.
