The present investigation work tries on the implementation of a Countable System, in the centers of computation of the city of Guaranda, taking like I model the computation center “SKYNET” whose problem is the lack of a Countable System for which we outline the objectives: General objective, is to Design a Countable System to improve the taking of decisions in the computation center SKYNET of the you take care of Guaranda for the year 2011; and as Specific objectives, to Make the Analysis and study of the situation current accountant and financial of the Center of Computation SKYNET of the city of Guaranda. The answer to the problem is that having a countable system will improve the financial situation for a better one taking of decisions being based on actual values and opportune of the computation center SKYNET. The methodology of the investigation corresponds: Descriptive, Bibliographical investigation and of Field with the use of the Methods: Scientific, Inductive, Deductive, the Techniques and instruments for the obtaining of data use the Observation and the Survey, which was applied to 30 computation centers and an observation guide to the computation center SKYNET, which throw us the analysis and interpretation of results, demonstrated in the squares and graphics. With that which answer is given to the confirmation of the hypothesis with a Countable System it will allow to improve the taking of decisions in the Center of Computation SKYNET. Establishing the following summations and recommendations: The realization of this investigation work allowed to elaborate the proposal of the Process of a Countable System to improve the taking of decisions of the Centers of Computation of the city of Guaranda, taking like I model the computation center SKYNET. The proposal was socialized the landlady and personal that works in the computation center SKYNET to explain the procedure, the correct application of the countable formats, the application of a countable system and the benefits that you/they can obtain inside its business.
El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la implementación de un Sistema Contable, en los centros de cómputo de la ciudad de Guaranda, tomando como modelo el centro de cómputo “SKYNET”, cuyo problema es la falta de un Sistema Contable para la cual planteamos los objetivos: Objetivo General, es Diseñar un Sistema Contable para mejorar la toma de decisiones en el centro de cómputo SKYNET de la cuidad de Guaranda para el año 2011; y como objetivos Específicos, Efectuar el Análisis y estudio de la situación actual contable y financiera del Centro de Cómputo SKYNET de la ciudad de Guaranda. La respuesta al problema es que contando con un sistema contable se mejorará la situación financiera para una mejor toma de decisiones basándose en valores reales y oportunos del centro de cómputo SKYNET. La metodología de la investigación corresponde: Investigación Descriptiva, Bibliográfica y de Campo con la utilización de los Métodos: Científico, Inductivo, Deductivo, las Técnicas e instrumentos para la obtención de datos utilizamos la Observación y la Encuesta, las cuales se aplicó a 30 centros de cómputo y una guía de observación al centro de cómputo SKYNET, los cuales nos arrojan el análisis e interpretación de resultados, demostrados en los cuadros y gráficos. Con lo cual se da respuesta a la comprobación de la hipótesis con un Sistema Contable permitirá mejorar la toma de decisiones en el Centro de Cómputo SKYNET. Estableciendo las siguientes conclusiones y recomendaciones: La realización de este trabajo de investigación permitió elaborar la propuesta del Proceso de un Sistema Contable para mejorar la toma de decisiones de los Centros de Cómputo de la ciudad de Guaranda, tomando como modelo el centro de cómputo SKYNET. Se socializó la propuesta a la propietaria y personal que labora en el centro de cómputo SKYNET para explicar el procedimiento, la correcta aplicación de los formatos contables, la aplicación de un sistema contable y los beneficios que pueden obtener dentro de su negocio.
