The present work titled; LEARNING OUTCOMES ACCORDING TO GENERIC AND SPECIFIC COMPETENCES OF THE TUNING PROJECT OF STUDENTS OF SEVENTH AND EIGHTH NURSING CAREER CYCLE OF BOLÍVAR STATE UNIVERSITY 2016 - 2017, has been developed based on the evaluation model of the learning environment of the Career of Which contains indicators, with their respective ordinances that must be followed in order to obtain positive results in terms of the generic and specific competences of the tuning project, which will help in the evaluation process of the seventh and eighth cycle students nursery career. For the above, the study aims to relate these two important aspects, with the purpose of answering a social problem of how the learning outcomes and the generic and specific competences of the Tuning Project affect the training of students of seventh and Eighth cycle of Nursing; For which a descriptive, field and cross - sectional research methodology was applied, determining the study period of May 2016 - August 2017. The survey was used as a data collection instrument, which was applied to students from the cohorts of May 2016 - April 2017; September 2016 - August 2017 to obtain information on the relationship between the learning outcomes of the race and the generic and specific competences of the Tuning Project. The work universe was constituted by 72 students of the Nursing Career of Bolivar State University all related to the objectives raised in the study. After tabulating and analyzing the data, it is concluded that in the Nursing Career of Bolivar State University, the learning results are related to the generic and specific competences of the Tuning Project, evidencing in the answers that the respondents have and Apply in their pre-professional practices. As responsible for the study, it is recommended to Bolivar State University, Faculty of Health Sciences and Human Being, to the Nursing career to keep updated the information of the present research project in order to serve to follow up some inquiry to future. El presente trabajo titulado: RESULTADOS DE APRENDIZAJE SEGÚN COMPETENCIAS GENÉRICAS Y ESPECIFICAS DEL PROYECTO TUNING EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DE SEPTIMO Y OCTAVO CICLO CARRERA ENFERMERIA, UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DE BOLÍVAR 2016 – 2017, se desarrolló en base al modelo de evaluación del entorno de aprendizaje de la Carrera de enfermería, el cual contiene indicadores, que se siguió para obtener resultados positivos en cuanto a las competencias genéricas y específicas del Proyecto Tuning, los mismos que ayudaron en el proceso de evaluación de los estudiantes de séptimo y octavo ciclo de la Carrera de Enfermería. Por lo anteriormente expuesto, el estudio relacionó estos dos aspectos importantes, con el propósito de responder a una problemática social de cómo incide los resultados de aprendizaje y las competencias genéricas y especificas del Proyecto Tuning en la formación de las /los estudiantes de séptimo y octavo ciclo de Enfermería; para lo que se aplicó una investigativa descriptiva, de campo y trasversal, determinando el período de estudio del Mayo 2016 - Agosto 2017. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección datos la encuesta, la misma que se aplicó a los/las estudiantes de las cohortes de Mayo 2016- Abril 2017; Septiembre 2016 – Agosto 2017 con el fin de obtener información sobre la relación que existe entre los resultados de aprendizaje de la carrera y las competencias genéricas y específicas del Proyecto Tuning. La población de trabajo lo constituyeron 72 estudiantes de la Carrera de Enfermería de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar todos ellos relacionados con los objetivos planteados en el estudio. Luego de tabular y analizar los datos se concluye que en la Carrera de Enfermería de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, los resultados de aprendizaje se encuentran relacionados con las competencias genéricas y específicas del Proyecto Tuning, evidenciando en las respuestas que emiten los encuestados y que se aplican en sus prácticas pre-profesionales Como responsables del estudio, se recomienda a la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, Facultad Ciencias de la Salud y del Ser Humano, Carrera de Enfermería, mantener actualizada la información del Proyecto Tuning, mediante el estudio continuo del mismo, por parte de los estudiantes que se encuentran en formación y a la vez por los maestros que imparten las cátedras, con el fin de que sirva para dar seguimiento a investigaciones futuras.
