El presente estudio lleva como Tema EL VIH/SIDA E INFECCIONES DE TRANSMISIÓN SEXUAL EN LAS USUARIAS DEL SUB-CENTRO DE SALUD DE SABANETILLAS DEL CANTÓN ECHEANDÍA-PROVINCIA DE BOLÍVAR, EN EL PERÍODO DE JULIO A DICIEMBRE DEL 2013. Tomando en cuenta los antecedentes del fenómeno a investigar con la justificación correspondiente del porque la realización de este trabajo planteándome como objetivo general mejorar la prevención de las infecciones de transmisión sexual para disminuir la incidencia del VIH/SIDA en las usuarias que acuden al Sub-Centro de Salud de Sabanetillas del Cantón Echeandia-Provincia de Bolívar, cuyas edades que oscilan de 18-40 años de edad, ya que constituyen un riesgo de dispersión para el individuo, familia y entorno social y a la vez estableciendo objetivos específicos para lograr nuestro principal objetivo. El estudio parte de una fundamentación filosófica, axiológico, y legal, y tomando en cuenta la teoría científica, conceptual y referencial Dentro de las estrategias metodológicas la investigación se ubica dentro de un trabajo de campo, tipo descriptivo, no experimental, la población estudiada estará conformada por usuarias que acuden a la consulta externa del Sub-Centro de Salud de Sabanetillas. El instrumento a utilizar para recolectar la información es el cuestionario aplicado a las pacientes que acuden al sub centro de sabanetillas, se realizara la tabulación de los datos obtenidos de la investigación para interpretar el análisis, conclusiones y recomendaciones, así se podrá confirmar si se realiza prevención del VIH/SIDA E Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual en esta unidad de salud.
The current study takes as Topic: HIV/AIDS AND SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS IN FEMALE PATIENTS OF A PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTER LOCATED IN THE RURAL AREA CALLED SABANETILLAS, BELONGING TO THE CITY OF ECHEANDÍA, PROVINCE OF BOLIVAR, DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY TO DECEMBER 2013. Taking into account the background of the phenomenon to be investigated, and with the appropriate justification for conducting this study, establishing as a general objective the improvement of the prevention of sexually transmitted infections to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS in female patients attending the Primary Healthcare Center in Sabanetillas, Echeandia - Bolivar Province, among ages between 18 and 40, as they constitute a risk of spreading to the individual, family and social environment; and simultaneously, setting specific objectives to achieve our main objective. The study starts from a philosophical, axiological, and legal basis, taking into account scientific, conceptual and referential theory. Within the methodological strategies, this study lies within a fieldwork, descriptive type, not experimental; the study population was conformed by female patients attending the outpatient Primary Healthcare Center in Sabanetillas. The method used to collect the data is the questionnaire, which is given to patients who attends the Primary Healthcare Center in Sabanetillas, the tabulation of data from the research will be made in order to interpret the analysis, conclusions and recommendations, through this way, it is possible to confirm whether prevention of HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Infections is performed in this healthcare center.
