Service Station Los Arrayanes the same as it is based in the parish San Pablo de Atenas San Miguel Canton, Bolivar Province, acquired legal status by Ministerial Agreement No. 1688 of January 11, 2002, by Eng. Marcelo Yanes and his family, opens the doors to the public and was created by the need for different users who had the parish, is the pioneer in fuel distribution in the province. The same that until now does not have a computerized accounting system suitable for the control of its business. The new owner is the Lic. GERMAN JARRIN the station complies nine years of existence and does not have an accounting system that allows them to improve financial reporting and thus make accurate and timely decisions to improve profitability The advancement of science and technology, the requirement of the Ministry of Economy and Social Inclusion MIES; and the Internal Revenue Service SRI have not been taken into account by the organization; therefore it is necessary to implement and propose running the automated accounting system that best allows its financial management for proper decision making. This graduation work contains three chapters: the first chapter contains background research, Theme, Background, Problem formulation, Marco theoretical framework, Georeferencial, Conceptual Framework, Scientific Theory, Hypothesis, Variables, and the second chapter refers to collection analysis and interpretation of survey results, recommendations conclusions and hypothesis testing, and the third chapter refers to the Proposal of the research, and contains the chart of accounts that was specially created for the Gas, accounting policies, dynamics of accounts and the implementation of the new computerized system, Monica 8.5 on the Lions Service Station with subsequent application in the period of one month in the system and their respective reports.
La Estación de Servicio Los Arrayanes la misma que se encuentra domiciliada en la Parroquia San Pablo de Atenas Cantón San Miguel, Provincia Bolívar, adquirió la personería jurídica mediante el acuerdo Ministerial Nº 1688 del 11 de Enero del 2002, por el Ing. Marcelo Yanes y su familia, abre las puertas al público y fue creada por la necesidad de diferentes usuarios que tenía la Parroquia, es la pionera en la distribución de combustible en la Provincia. La misma que hasta la actualidad no cuenta con un sistema contable computarizado adecuado para el control de sus actividades comerciales. El nuevo propietario es el Lic. GERMAN JARRIN la gasolinera cumple 9 años de existencia y no cuenta con un sistema contable que les permita mejorar la información financiera y así tome decisiones certeras y oportunas para mejorar su rentabilidad El avance de la ciencia y la tecnología, la exigencia del Ministerio de Inclusión Economía y Social MIES; y la de Servicios de Rentas Internas SRI no han sido tomadas en cuenta por la organización; por lo tanto es necesario implementar y proponer en ejecución el sistema contable automatizado que le permita mejor su gestión financiera para la toma adecuada de decisiones. El presente trabajo de graduación contiene tres capítulos: el primer capítulo consta de los antecedentes de investigación, Tema, Antecedentes, Formulación del problema, Marco Teórico Referencial, Georeferencial, Marco Conceptual, Teoría Científica, Hipótesis, Variables, y el segundo capítulo se refiere a la recopilación análisis e interpretación de resultados de las encuestas, conclusiones recomendaciones y Comprobación de la Hipótesis, y el tercer capítulo se refiere a la Propuesta del trabajo de investigación, y contiene el plan de cuentas que fue creado especialmente para la Gasolinera, políticas contables, dinámica de cuentas y la implementación del nuevo sistema computarizado, Mónica 8.5 en la Estación de Servicios los Arrayanes con la consiguiente aplicación en el periodo de un mes, en el sistema y sus respectivos reportes.
