La principal problemática que en la actualidad acarrean los comerciantes formales de la cabecera cantonal de Quinsaloma, es el incumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias que tienen como contribuyentes ante el Servicio de Rentas Internas. Las políticas emitidas por el actual régimen tributario, no han sido tomadas en consideración por los comerciantes formales de la cabecera cantonal de Quinsaloma; por lo que, los comerciantes y todas aquellas personas que tienen algún tipo de actividad económica se han visto abocados a una serie de problemas con el ente rector de los tributos, por lo tanto, es pertinente e indispensable la implementación de una oficina de asesoría tributaria y contable que brinde capacitación permanente en obligaciones tributarias en el cantón Quinsaloma, lo cual permite cumplir conforme a la ley y oportunamente con las declaraciones y pago de impuestos, evitando sanciones y en algunos casos clausura de establecimientos. El presente Trabajo de investigación contiene tres capítulos los cuales se detallan a continuación: En el Primer Capítulo.- Constan tema, antecedentes, problema, justificación, objetivos, marco teórico que se divide en: referencial, georeferencial, legal y conceptual son terminología a usarse y la teoría científica son definiciones tomadas de varios autores, los mismos que aportan al desarrollo científico del presente trabajo investigativo. En el Segundo Capítulo.- Se relata la aplicación de recolección de datos, análisis e interpretación de resultados, comprobación de hipótesis, conclusiones y recomendaciones. En el Tercer Capítulo.-Se define la propuesta, objeto del trabajo de investigación que está basada en “Implementación de una oficina de asesoría tributaria y contable que brinde capacitación permanente en obligaciones tributarias en el cantón Quinsaloma, permitiendo cumplir con las declaraciones y pago de impuestos oportunamente y conforme a la ley, evitando sanciones y en algunos casos clausura de establecimientos”.
The main problem that currently carry the formal traders cantonal head of Quinsaloma is the noncompliance with tax obligations whose taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. The policies issued by the current tax system, have not been considered by the formal traders cantonal head of Quinsaloma; so, traders and all those who have some form of economic activity have been doomed to a number of problems with the governing body of taxes, therefore, is relevant and necessary to implement a tax advisory office and accounting to provide ongoing training in tax obligations in the canton Quinsaloma, which enables compliance according to law and timely declarations and tax payments, avoiding penalties and in some cases closing of establishments. The present research contains three chapters which are detailed below: In the First Capítulo.- consist topic, background, problem, justification, objectives, theoretical framework is divided into: referential, georeferential, are legal and conceptual terminology used and the scientific theory are definitions taken from several authors, the same that provide the scientific development of this research work. In the second application Capítulo.- data collection, analysis and interpretation of results, hypothesis testing, conclusions and recommendations is reported. In the third proposal, the subject of research work is based on "Implementation of an office of tax and accounting services to provide ongoing training in tax obligations in the canton Quinsaloma Capítulo.-is defined, enabling compliance with the declarations and payments taxes on time and according to the law, avoiding penalties and in some cases closure of establishments ".
