The following titling work proposes the creation of a consultancy office that provides advice and capitation on tax and accounting issues, to small and medium-sized companies in private care, with the title of attention to the needs of business enterprises and the needs of growth within the national market. The findings of this research are conferred in three chapters that are: theoretical framework, methodological development, research results and feasibility study, as well as the conclusions and recommendations corresponding to the research. The investigation will determine the design of a strategic plan for the creation of a tax and accounting consulting office in the city of Atuntaqui - Ecuador, which contemplates the institutional development and the business plan of said office, with its portfolio of services to be provided. A feasibility study was carried out that yielded positive results for the creation of the office and the results of the research were validated by the expert method.
El siguiente trabajo de titulación propone la creación de una oficina consultora que brinde la asesoría y capitación en temas tributarios y contables, a pequeñas y medianas empresas de la cuidad de Atuntaqui, con el propósito brindar soluciones a las necesidades empresariales y ayudarles a crecer dentro del mercado nacional. Los hallazgos de la presente investigación están conferidos en tres capítulos que son: marco teórico, desarrollo metodológico, resultados de la investigación y el estudio de factibilidad, así como también contiene las conclusiones y las recomendaciones correspondientes a la investigación. La investigación determinara diseñar un plan estratégico para la creación de una oficina consultora contable y tributaria en la cuidad de Atuntaqui - Ecuador, que contempla el desarrollo institucional y el plan de negocios de dicha oficina, con su cartera de servicios a prestar. Se realizó un estudio de factibilidad que arrojó resultados positivos para la creación de la oficina y se validaron los resultados de la investigación por el método de expertos.
