Therefore, after a brief analysis of the classroom it was observed that many students do not pay attention to the teacher´s instructions, some are playing, others are doing homework, or simply are not involved in the class, without classroom management teacher cannot create a good learning environment. Classroom management is central to effective teaching. This means that effective learning and teaching cannot take place without good and effective proper instructions and can cause future problems such as students being able to do whatever they want, not respecting the teacher's rules, having a bad atmosphere in the classroom, or even having students perform poorly in their grades. For these reasons, this research presents solutions while analyzing the problem, which will not only benefit the teachers and students of the Unidad Educativa Bilingue Americano but also future promotions so that these problems do not occur.
