El informe de investigación fue diseñado con el propósito de obtener un sistema de Control interno para la compañía de transporte pesado TRANSGALSANT CÍA. LTDA., debido a que, la compañía es una empresa familiar no existe control en las actividades que se realizan habitualmente, lo que conlleva a la desorganización y fuga de recursos monetarios y humanos dentro de cada proceso que se maneja, esto provoca que, sea ineficiente dentro del mercado que presta el servicio de transporte pesado. El objetivo general fue determinar el informe de investigación que deriva en el desarrollo de un sistema de control interno para la empresa de transporte pesado TRANSGALSANT CÍA. LTDA., se elaboró una estructura jerárquica adecuada y se estableció perfiles ocupacionales acorde a las áreas de trabajo que mantiene la compañía. Dentro de la investigación se planteó un método deductivo y la información se recabo a través de entrevistas, encuestas, observación y fuentes bibliográficas. De acuerdo con el análisis realizado se llega a la conclusión que, con la implementación del control interno, se obtendría un ahorro importante de recursos lo que haría que la compañía sea más eficiente, eficaz y tendría un mejor control en sus actividades dentro del mercado.
This report was designed with the purpose of obtaining an internal control system for the heavy transport company TRANSGALSANT CÍA. LTDA., due to the fact that the company is a family business, there is no control in the activities that are usually carried out, which leads to the disorganization and leakage of monetary and human resources within each process that is handled, this causes it, to be inefficient within the market that provides the heavy transport service. The general objective was to determine the research report that leads to the development of an internal control system for the heavy transport company TRANSGALSANT CÍA. LTDA, several processes were restructured, an adequate hierarchical structure was developed and occupational profiles were established according to the work areas maintained by the company. Within the investigation, a deductive method was proposed and the information was collected through interviews, surveys, observation and bibliographic sources. According to the analysis carried out, it is concluded that, with the implementation of internal control, significant savings in resources would be obtained, which would make the company more efficient, effective and would have better control over its activities within the market.
