This Project is based in the analysis of the Funds Transfer Area of a Financial Institution, by using the tools from Industrial Engineering studies, there will be obtained results to analyze the actual model for processing transferences and develop a new one, which will be able to meet the market necessities. The first step in this project is to make a detailed diagnostic of all the processes of the area and the analysis of its interaction. Additionally, all the processing times and average number of inputs will be obtained to quantitatively analyze the area, and for the qualitative analysis there will be meetings with the managers and also the observation of the area for a specific length of time. However, to get a better conclusion, all the processes of the area will be simulated in Promodel.
Este proyecto se basa en el análisis del área de transferencias de una institución financiera, utilizando las herramientas adecuadas de Ingeniería Industrial para obtener resultados, que ayudarán a desarrollar un nuevo modelo para el proceso de transferencias, que sea capaz de responder a las necesidades del mercado. Primero se realizará un diagnóstico a detalle de todos los procesos actuales del área y su interacción. Además se obtendrán tiempos de proceso y número de transacciones promedio que servirán para un análisis cuantitativo, para el análisis cualitativo se realizarán talleres con los dirigentes del área y se observará a está por un determinado periodo de tiempo. Consecuentemente, para consolidar la información y llegar a conclusiones más adecuadas se simularán los procesos del área en Software Promodel.
