Description

Presently, there is a growing worldwide trend to take more care of our health and take consciousness on how to improve it. Therefore, the proposal for my thesis generates an INTEGRAL WELLNESS CENTER with spaces and activities oriented to achieving a HEALTHY AND WELL BALANCED LIFE STYLE For this objective, I propose using and redesigning the spaces of what is now the school “Colegio Sebastián de Benalcázar” and adapting them to the requirements proposed in my spaces and activities program. The area is divided in two zones, a private space that contains a sports club and a public space for different activities, such as: Health and Esthetics, Responsible Gastronomy, Recreational Areas and Retail Locations. Additionally, I suggest developing the non-constructed area of the land into ample green areas oriented to relaxation and recreation activities. The current location of the school “Colegio Sebastián de Benalcázar”, which will soon move to other installations, is the ideal place for my proposal since, in the past few years, the sector “el Batán” has become a very important residential and executive zone. This makes this sector a place commonly frequented by economically independent persons, which is the target who would visit more often my project´s installations.
Existe una creciente tendencia mundial por cuidar más la salud y tener más conciencia sobre cómo mejorarla. Por esto mi propuesta de tesis genera un CENTRO DE BIENESTAR INTEGRAL con espacios y actividades orientados a conseguir un ESTILO DE VIDA SALUDABLE Y EQUILIBRADO Para esto, planteo la utilización y readecuación de los espacios del actual Colegio Sebastián de Benalcázar adaptándolos a las necesidades planteadas en mi programa de espacios y actividades. El área estará dividida en dos zonas, un espacio privado que contiene un club deportivo y un espacio público en donde se desarrollaran diferentes actividades agrupadas en: Salud y Estética, Gastronomía Responsable, Recreación y Locales Comerciales. Además, aprovechando el área sin construcción que tiene el terreno, propongo generar amplias áreas verdes orientadas a la relajación y recreación. La ubicación del Colegio Sebastián de Benalcázar, que próximamente cambiara sus instalaciones de ubicación, es el lugar ideal para mi propuesta ya que en los últimos años el sector del Batan se ha convertido en una zona residencial y ejecutiva muy importante, esto hace que el sector este frecuentado por personas económicamente independientes, siendo este el target objetivo de las personas que visitarían con mayor frecuencia las instalaciones de mi proyecto.
