Plan de negocios: "Edificio Madyson"

Description: The objective of this business plan is to determine if the "Edificio Madyson" is or is not economically feasible which takes place in Ecuador, in the north of Quito city. This family project will build it's own funds, in order to interfere in the real estate. To meet the objective of this business plan is necessary to analyze the macroeconomic situation in the country particularly to study the market competition, technical component, promotion and sales strategies (marketing), financial analysis, legal and management strategy. The delivered product to determine the viability of investment in the "Edificio Madyson”.
El objetivo de realizar este plan de negocios, es para determinar si el proyecto “Edificio Madyson” es o no económicamente factible, el cual se desarrolla en Ecuador, en el Sector de el Bosque, al norte de la ciudad de Quito. Este proyecto familiar se lo construye con fondos propios, con el fin de inmiscuirse en el medio inmobiliario. Para cumplir con el objetivo de este plan de negocios, es necesario analizar el entorno macroeconómico del país, estudiar el mercado particularmente la competencia, componente técnico, estrategias de promoción y ventas, análisis financiero, aspectos legales y estrategia gerencial. El producto a entregarse determinará la conveniencia de inversión en el “Edificio Madyson”.
