Description: The Coffee Workshop Inc. is a gourmet coffee shop that offers to their clients the opportunity to experience all the sensations that the coffee can offer. The atmosphere in our shops will try to enhance all the characteristics of the coffee, so our clients will have a complete experience surrounding the coffee. Our main target will be business people, executives that lacking of a conference room in their own companies, are searching for conference halls. Our business rooms will offer all the facilities the executives need, we will offer catering service, and all the IT resources needed for an optimal meeting. Our project is meant to start its operation on January 5th, 2013 and our projections are made for predicting the next five years of sales. We will generate three scenarios based of the fluctuation of the rent payments, the analysis will be created from the industry information, inflation forecast and historical rent prices. These scenarios will try to predict what will happen if we have to pay higher or lower rent payments. This will help us to be more prepared to face all the different incidents that on the operations that can appear.
