The project presents an architectural position on the public space. Tourism administration center for the community and the area is proposed; this to suit the immediate context and main streets, in connection with buildings zonal administration and relevant areas in the park as the Carolina. The project is distinguished by its linear organization setting a bar that enhances the status of the land and the surrounding buildings, the importance of public space is important for the creation of urban space and a space in front of the field and treated as public parking areas Service, in complement with the main project. The first three components = BIO which refers to any living component, such as the user itself and its channel information is considered. The second is the MAT = material arises architecture intends to work with the material, and its resources appropriately in an open, inclusive, the third is the context that surrounds everything also called flow diagrams or city within a context urban .
El proyecto presenta una posición arquitectónica frente al espacio público. Se plantea un centro de administración turística para la comunidad y la zona; este pretende ajustarse al contexto inmediato y calles principales, en conexión con edificios de administración zonal y espacios relevantes en la zona como el parque la carolina. El proyecto se destaca por su organización lineal ajustando una barra que realza la situación del terreno y los edificios circundantes, la importancia del espacio público es importante por la creación de la plaza urbana y un espacio en frente del terreno entendido como estacionamiento público y áreas de servicio, en complemento con el proyecto principal. Se consideraran tres componentes el primero = BIO el cual se refiere a todo componente vivo, tal como el usuario propiamente y su canal de información. El segundo es el MAT= material, la arquitectura que se plantea pretende trabajar con el material, y sus recursos adecuadamente de una manera abierta, inclusiva, el tercero es el contexto todo lo que circunda llamado también diagramas o flujos de ciudad dentro de un contexto urbano.
