The present research is based in the studies performed for the creation and introduction within the local market of a Karting model, as this kind of vehicles in the country are mainly imported and its construction is minimal due to the technological implications required for its manufacturing. The main objective which has promoted the development of the karting vehicle is the scarce manufacturing of these models within the country, as this technology has not been industrialized, and it has only been developed in a craft way. For the creation and construction of this vehicle, it was necessary to develop the respective planes, where all the vehicles characteristics that are equipped with are specified, such as: design, dimensions, weight, etc., as well as the materials and systems included for an optimal performance. The main characteristics of this vehicle are focused to produce a high quality product that can be recognized in the national market, imposing a brand image and warranty, and at the same time, that this can be accessible to a greater number of customers, as the cost will be lower compared to the imported vehicles, thus, generating in the country an industrial growth for kartings, both for the commercial and sport sector.
La presente investigación se fundamenta en los estudios realizados para la creación e introducción en el mercado local de un modelo de Karting, ya que este tipo de vehículos en el país en su mayoría son importados y su construcción es mínima, debido a las implicaciones tecnológicas que se requieren para la fabricación. El principal objetivo que ha promovido el desarrollo del vehículo karting es la escaza fabricación de estos modelos en el país debido a que no se ha industrializado esta tecnología y solo se la ha desarrollado de manera artesanal. Para la creación y construcción de este vehículo fue necesario desarrollar los respectivos planos en las que se especifican todas las características con las que está dotado, como son el diseño, dimensiones, peso, etc. al igual que los materiales y los sistemas con los que cuenta para un óptimo desempeño. Las principales particularidades de este vehículo se enfocadas a realizar un producto de alta calidad que pueda ser reconocido dentro del mercado nacional imponiendo una marca de reconocimiento y garantía, a la vez que sean accesibles para un mayor número de consumidores debido a que el costo será menor al de los vehículos importados, generando así un crecimiento de la industria del karting en el país tanto en el ámbito deportivo como en lo comercial.
