Diversity in Unity; the project starts with a preset program (Judiciary Unit) and an important premise (Typology Transformation) in the process are studied and analyzed the possibilities that the program and typological transformation may occur. The program presents important conditions; circulation, revenues and (public-private) privacies. We sought to resolve these premises, empowering them and integrating them as an essential part of the project. The program and the typology keep a very logical relationship. The typology must meet the needs required by this type of program. This complexity however must keep the unit in the judiciary building. With these bases there were some questions to be answered; What is justice? How can these typologies relate to the program? What typology can provide diversity at United? Palace typology and Max Bill Swiss Pavilion typology have characteristics that meet the program needs as much as place. The pavilion providing diversity within unity, thus responding to the complexity of the program, allowing a variable field action within its boundaries. Complexity and richness of the circulation within the structural grid. The palace responds to the place, positioning itself as a hierarchical element rising to take advantage of views that can offer the place.
Diversidad en la Unidad; El Proyecto parte de un programa preestablecido (Unidad Judicial) y una premisa importante (Transformación Tipológica) en el proceso se estudió y analizó las posibilidades que el programa así como la transformación tipológica pueden presentar. El programa presenta condicionantes muy importantes; circulaciones, ingresos y privacidades (público-privado). Se buscó resolver estas premisas, potenciándolas e integrándolas como parte esencial del proyecto. El programa y la tipología guardan una relación muy lógica. Las tipologías deben cumplir con las necesidades que exige este tipo de programa. Una complejidad que sin embargo mantenga la unidad en el edificio Judicial. Con estas bases se plantean algunas preguntas; ¿Qué es la justicia? ¿Cómo pueden estas tipologías relacionarse al programa? ¿Qué tipologías pueden aportar diversidad en la unida? Las tipologías de Palacio y Pabellón Suizo de Max Bill presentan características que responden a las necesidades tanto programáticas como de lugar. El pabellón aportando diversidad dentro de la unidad, respondiendo de esta manera a la complejidad del programa, permitiendo un campo de acción variable dentro de sus límites. Complejidad y riqueza de las circulaciones dentro de la malla estructural. El palacio responde al lugar, posicionándose como un elemento jerárquico elevándose para poder aprovechar las vistas que puede ofrecer el lugar.
