Description: In the present titration work, a feasibility analysis was carried out on a 1.9 hectare plot in the municipality of Conocoto, 11 km away from the center of the city of Quito. The lot was acquired in 2014, when the economic situation of the country was not as bad as in the following years and a first mass plan was made for a real estate complex that was canceled. En el presente trabajo de titulación, se realizó un análisis de factibilidad a un terreno de 1.9 hectáreas en la parroquia de Conocoto, a 11 km del centro de la ciudad de Quito. El terreno no contaba con conexiones cercanas de alcantarillado ni agua potable por lo que se realizó una planta de tratamiento y toda la red interna de alcantarillado, al mismo tiempo se realizó la conexión de agua potable; todo esto en el año 2017...
