Ecuador has a privileged number of unique tourist attractions. And thanks to these, people can enjoy and have new experiences with their loved ones. Hacienda Piemonte Inn invites you to live a new experience close to nature, with different tourist attractions inside and outside the Inn. In the following project, describes in detail the creation and remodeling of the Hacienda Piemonte in Cayambe. Taking into account that recovering investment within 7 years is financially advisable by experts, we expect to recover the investment in this time-lapse or less. The work includes the planning of tourist circuits, tourist packages and the promotion and offer of double and single rooms very comfortable for the potential client. A financial preform shows the internal management and rentability of the project.
El Ecuador tiene como privilegio una cantidad de atractivos turísticos inigualable. Y gracias a estos se puede disfrutar y vivir nuevas experiencias con sus seres queridos. La Hostería Hacienda Piemonte invita a vivir una nueva experiencia cerca de la naturaleza, con diferentes atractivos turísticos dentro y fuera de la misma. En el proyecto que se presenta a continuación, se describe detalladamente la creación y remodelación de la hacienda Piemonte en Cayambe. Tomando en cuenta que recuperar la inversión dentro de 7 años es financieramente recomendable por los expertos, se espera y se intentará recuperar la inversión en un plazo menor a este tiempo. Dentro del trabajo entran la planificación de circuitos turísticos, de paquetes turísticos y la promoción y oferta de habitaciones dobles y simples muy confortables para el potencial cliente. Además de un análisis financiero que mostrará cómo trabaja la Hostería internamente.
