La valoración del patrimonio cultural tangible a través de la contabilidad en la provincia de Tungurahua

The purpose of this research work is to demonstrate the willingness to pay users of museums in the province of Tungurahua. Accordingly, the aim is to raise awareness in society about the valuation, appreciation, care, maintenance and protection of all heritage assets. Due to the incredible cultural history that the province has, it has been necessary to determine a value to the legacy left by our ancestors, which is part of our identity, leaving the heritage assets that made use in the past in their daily lives, being faithful and mute witnesses of everything that happened in time, such as jewels, paintings, sculptures, buildings, clothing, manuscripts, churches, among other cultural assets. In addition, it must be emphasized that it is our moral and social obligation to keep these assets intact, as well as customs and traditions, so that they continue to transcend over time and future generations can enjoy what today can be enjoyed. In the same way, it is intended to focus on heritage assets that generate income as well as sources of employment, therefore, tourism must be encouraged so that these places are visited, a task that must be carried out mainly by the decentralized autonomous governments of each city, as well as the administrators of the patrimonial assets.
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito demostrar la disposición a pagar de los usuarios de los museos de la provincia de Tungurahua. Conforme a ello, se busca concientizar a la sociedad sobre la valoración, apreciación, cuidado, mantenimiento y protección de todos los bienes patrimoniales. Debido a la increíble historia cultural que posee la provincia, se ha visto la necesidad de determinar un valor al legado que nos han dejado nuestros antepasados, que es parte de nuestra identidad, quedando los bienes patrimoniales que hicieron uso en el pasado en sus vidas cotidianas, siendo testigos fieles y mudos de todo lo acontecido a su tiempo, como por ejemplo joyas, pinturas, esculturas, edificaciones, vestimentas, manuscritos, iglesias, entre otros bienes culturales. Además hay que recalcar que es nuestra obligación moral y social mantener intactos dichos bienes, así como costumbres y tradiciones, para que sigan trascendiendo a través del tiempo y las futuras generaciones puedan gozar lo que hoy por hoy se puede disfrutar. Del mismo modo, se pretende enfocar que los bienes patrimoniales son generadores de ingresos así como también fuentes de empleo, por lo tanto, se debe incentivar el turismo para que sean visitados dichos lugares, labor que debe ser ejecutado principalmente por los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados de cada ciudad, así como los administradores de los bienes patrimoniales.
