Para el desarrollo del proyecto se realiza un estudio estadístico de las cargas manipuladas en el área de embarque y desembarque en la compañía Motraregs Cía. Ltda., para determinar los requerimientos de la empresa, y, en base a estos, se determinan los valores de la carga a levantar y las dimensiones de la plataforma. La plataforma está conformada por la estructura metálica y un sistema neumático, empleado como medio de transferencia de fuerza. Para el diseño de los diferentes componentes de la plataforma se emplean enunciados de diseño mecánico y valores de resistencia de los materiales obtenidos de normas ecuatoriana vigentes. Además se emplea un software de análisis por elementos finitos para obtener un análisis del comportamiento de la estructura en condiciones de trabajo. El sistema neumático está constituido por un actuador y diferentes válvulas para garantizar el funcionamiento deseado para la plataforma. La fuerza del actuador requerida se obtiene mediante el concepto de trabajo virtual, para el cual, se consideran diferentes ubicaciones y se selecciona de acuerdo al recorrido y la fuerza necesaria para levantar la carga de diseño.
For the development of the project a statistical study of the loads manipulated in the loading and unloading area in the Motraregs Company is performed, in order to, determine the requirements of the company, and based on these, the values of the load being lifted and the dimensions of the platform are determined. The platform consist of the metal structure and a pneumatic system used as way of transfer of force. For the design of the different components of the platform, there are used terms of reference of mechanical design and resistance values of the materials obtained from existing ecuadorian standards. In addition, a software of analysis by finite elements is used to obtain an analysis of the behavior of the structure in working condition. The pneumatic system is constituted by an cilynder and different valves to guaranteee the functioning wished for the platform. The cilynder force required is obtained by the concept of virtual work, for which are considered different locations and the definitive is selected according to the route and the necessary force to raise the load of desing.
