El trabajo de investigación detalla los procesos en la construcción, la importancia a nivel nacional, el apoyo que a brindado el gobierno para incentivar esta rama laboral, con el porcentaje en las tasas de interés. Además demos considerar que nos encontramos en un nivel competitivo, razones por la cuales debemos analizar estudios para que la empresa que estamos trabajando se encuentre apto y capaz de cumplir con las necesidades de los clientes. En el mercado debemos fijarnos en metas objetivos, para alcanzar solidez y confianza, observar cuales son las limitaciones, evitar y promulgar soluciones, y dando razones por que la empresa se encuentra con limitaciones, y fortaleciendo beneficios que brinda. Se analizado paso a paso a la empresa mediante métodos, y recopilación de datos para verificar cual es el estado económico actual de la empresa, determinando que métodos debemos utilizar y cuales nos permiten los óptimos para poder tomar desiciones en beneficio de la empresa estudiada, comparando los estados financieros, utilizando indicadores financieros. Mediante los respectivos análisis que brindemos a la empresa, se puede recomendar que soluciones se puedan tomar para evitar posibles problemas en un futuro.
The research work details the processes in the construction, the importance at the national level, the support provided to the government to encourage this branch labor, with the percentage in interest rates. In addition let us consider that we are at a competitive level, reasons for which we need to look for studies that the company that we are working is suitable and able to fulfill the needs of the customers. In the market we need to look at goals objectives, to achieve strength and confidence, observe what the limitations are, avoid and enact solutions, and give reasons why the company is with limitations, and strengthening benefits. It is analyzed step by step, to a company by methods, and data collection to check which is the current economic state of the company, determining what methods we should use and which allow us the optimal power to make decisions for the benefit of the company under study, comparing the financial statements, using financial indicators. Through their respective analysis that we give to the company, it can recommend solutions that can be taken to avoid potential problems in the future.
