El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental analizar el comportamiento de los estudiantes de quinto año de educación general básica a partir del rol del docente como un factor importante en la educación de los niños de la Unidad Educativa “Tres de Diciembre”. Basados en la ley de educación, que manifiesta que el profesor es encargado de crear un ambiente agradable para el mejor desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, se manifiesta que el rol que desempeña el docente es de mucha importancia, ya que este puede afectar de manera positiva o negativa el comportamiento de los estudiantes.. Este estudio permitirá establecer de qué manera el rol que cumple el docente influye en el comportamiento de los niños. En función de los resultados de la investigación se procede a realizar la propuesta que consiste en la elaboración de un manual de estrategias que ayude a potenciar el rol del docente como mediador de conflictos y consecuentemente mejorar el comportamiento de los estudiantes
The present work of investigation has as main objective to analize the behavior of students in the fifth year of basic education from teacher’s role as an important factor in the education of the childrens of the Unit Education “Tres de Diciembre” Based on the law of education, that state that the teacher is in charge of create an agreeable environment for the best development of the process of education learning, one demonstrates that the role that to hold the teacher is a lot of importance, since this one can affect in a positive or negative way the behavior of the students. This study to allow establish ef that way the role of the teacher incident in the behavior of the childrens. Depending on the results of the investigation one proceeds to realize the offer that consists of the production of a manual of strategies that helps to promote the role of the teacher like to mediate of conflicts and consistent to improve the behavior of the students.
