Las empresas del sector de inyección de plantas contribuyen a la provincia con trabajo y desarrollo de la economía de la misma manera estas han fortalecido sus recursos entre ellos el más importante que es el talento humano es por ello que se ven en la obligación de tomar decisiones que permitan a las empresas desarrollar y resguardar el bienestar de todos sus trabajadores. Por esta razón el presente proyecto de investigación está enfocado al sector de industrias de inyección de plantas, partiendo de la salud y seguridad ocupacional para mejorar el desempeño laboral de las mismas. Los datos recolectados por la encuesta realizada a 195 trabajadores del sector de industrias de inyección de plantas indican que es de mucha importancia realizar un Programa de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional. Debido a esto la investigación se enfocó en realizar un Programa de Salud y Seguridad ocupacional ya que existen factores que pueden dañar tanto el aspecto físico como mental de los trabajadores, además que mediante este programa se mejorara el desempeño laboral en la empresa.
The companies of the sector of injection of plants contribute to the province with work and development of the economy in the same way these have strengthened their resources among them the most important one that is the human talent that is why they see themselves in the obligation of making decisions That allow companies to develop and safeguard the welfare of all their workers. For this reason, the present research project is focused on the sector of plant injection industries, starting from occupational health and safety to improve their work performance. The data collected by the survey of 195 workers in the plant injection industry sector indicate that it is very important to carry out an Occupational Health and Safety Program. Due to this the research focused on carrying out an Occupational Health and Safety Program since there are factors that can damage both the physical and mental aspect of the workers, besides that this program will improve the work performance in the company
