Aportes del coaching ejecutivo en la toma de decisiones para el sector carrocero de la Provincia de Tungurahua

El sector carrocero de Tungurahua recibe el apoyo del Gobierno Nacional mediante procesos para la elaboración de normas técnicas y socialización de las mismas. Incluso, la provincia cuenta con un centro de investigaciones denominado Centro de Fomento Productivo y Metalmecánico del Gobierno Provincial de Tungurahua. Este laboratorio procura evitar que los empresarios se vean obligados a viajar a las ciudades principales a realizar pruebas técnicas exigidas por ley. Recopiladas las necesidades del sector carrocero de la provincia se pudo observar que los representantes del sector no logran homologar sus productos, ya sea por su estructura organizacional o por el cúmulo de errores generados por una gestión empírica. Por tal motivo, al ser Tungurahua el foco principal del país en cuanto a producción carrocera se refiere, es menester que el área administrativa esté capacitada y actualizada con herramientas que permitan que sus empresas se direccionen hacia la consecución de sus metas. El proceso toma en cuenta la motivación y el acompañamiento para todos sus integrantes, y el estudio concentra su aplicación en primera instancia en la empresa llamada SERMAN BUS, la misma que está en capacidad de asumir un rol protagónico en la toma de decisiones del sector carrocero en la provincia y fuera de ella, y a través de esto obtener beneficios para todo el sector. Con esta investigación apoyamos a las empresas que no logran culminar el proceso de homologación. Sus gerentes afrontarán los retos que las normas y reglamentos plantean, sabiendo que las decisiones que tomen serán acertadas.
Tungurahua´s bodybuilder sector receives the support of the National Government through processes for the elaboration of technical norms and socialization of the same ones. In addition, the province has a research center called the Center for Productive and Metal-Mechanical Development of the Provincial Government of Tungurahua. This laboratory tries to avoid that the entrepreneurs are forced to travel to the main cities to carry out technical tests required by law. Compiled the needs of the sector body of the province could be observed that the representatives of the sector fail to standardize their products, either by their organizational structure or by the accumulation of errors generated by an empirical management. Therefore, since Tungurahua is the main focus of the country in terms of body production, it is necessary that the administrative area be trained and updated with tools that allow its companies to be directed towards the achievement of their goals. The process takes into account the motivation and accompaniment for all its members, and the study concentrates its application in the first instance in the company called SERMAN BUS, the same that is capable of assuming a leading role in the decision making of the bodybuilder sector in the province and outside of it, and through this to obtain benefits for the whole sector. With this research we support companies that fail to complete the homologation process. Their managers will face the challenges that the rules and regulations pose, knowing that the decisions they make will be right.
