Con la aplicación de los pasos de focalización de “Teoría de Restricciones” en el departamento de producción de la curtiembre “El Maestro” se pretende demostrar con resultados la optimizaciónde recursos, es decir, esanalizar el tiempo en que se demora la transformacióndel producto, identificando donde están los embotellamientoo nudos críticos para explotarlos y posteriormenteeliminarlos, con ello se quiere llegar a la optimización de recursos, materiales, y persona, para obtener mejores rendimientos en el futuro. La medida de solución, programada hacia la problemática, representa la búsqueda de una herramienta de mejora continua, esto es que permita cumplir con la meta y objetivos planteados.Al implementar los “Pasos de focalización” de la “Teoría deRestricciones”en los procesos productivos de la empresa, aportando al optimo desempeño del sistema productivo.
