Los trabajadores Informales consideran que esta actividad como su único recursos laborales existentes para cubrir sus necesidades, por lo que se comprende que hay una tasa de desempleo alto ya que en su gran mayoría tienen un nivel de educación Básico o analfabetismo por lo que no pueden acceder a las plazas laborales vacantes ya que en el ministerio laboral el requisito mínimo es tener el título de bachiller, ellos realizan esta actividad por y para sus hijos, la mayoría de familias son de numerosos miembros, por lo que llevan a sus hijos a las ventas diarias y los niños también son expuestos a escuchar diferentes riñas y opiniones sobre su labor informal, mencionamos que no existe un desarrollo humano integral ya que también son receptores y participes de ser vendedores ambulante como medida de distracción durante las horas que dedican a las ventas sus padres a su vez lo toman como apoyo a su hogar, lo que genera a una vulneración de derechos ya que sufren constantemente de agresiones tanto verbales como discriminatorias entre otras, pero la actividad, esta actividad ayuda a cubrir sus necesidades básicas para su familia y por ende adquieren ingresos que motivan a los vendedores a seguir en esta actividad lo que concierne al estado una perdida por no registrar cantidades económicas, por ello no es descartable que tienen una habilidad de mantenerse con sus ventas en el día sin ser retirados de los municipales, pero esto conlleva a una manipulación de leyes y de vulneración de sus derechos e integridad, Así como las familias no contemplan los derechos y obligaciones que considera la ley, los vendedores ambulantes saben que están violando una ordenanza pero sus necesidades y considerar su única opción laboral están siendo así expuestos y permisivos a que los municipales sean promotores de violencia, por lo muchas ocasiones pierden sus ventas pero continúan en su actividad.
