El presento proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal evaluar el sistema de control interno en la prestación de servicios de rayos x y su impacto en los resultados económicos de la Empresa Rayos X Club de Leones Ambato en el período 2014. La metodología que se utilizó para este proyecto de investigación fue la investigación de campo, bibliográfica y explicativa además de la asociación de variables; además el enfoque de la presente investigación fue cuali-cuantitativo. Para evaluar el sistema de Control Interno se utilizó como instrumentos encuestas en lo referente al área administrativa y matrices de cumplimiento tanto para el entorno interno de la empresa como para los resultados económicos. Llegando a la conclusión de que el control interno y los resultados económicos de la Empresa Rayos X Club de Leones Ambato se encuentran estrechamente relacionados lo que ocasiona que la organización empresarial sea deficiente, impidiendo así la maximización de beneficios. El aporte de esta investigación es que sea un medio de consulta tanto para el área académica como para los futuros emprendedores, permitiéndoles sí tener una herramienta de consulta para afrontar un escenario futuro incierto y para toma de decisiones oportunas y acertadas.
The present investigative project has as principal aim evaluate the system of internal control in the provision of X-Ray services and its impact on the economic results of the Company X-Ray Lions Club of Ambato city in the 2014. The methodology that was in use in this project was the explanatory field investigation, bibliographical and explicative, and the association of variables also the approach of this investigation was cuali-quantitative. To evaluate the system of Internal Control surveys were used like instruments as for the administrative area and counterfoils of fulfillment both for the internal environment of the company and for the economic results. Getting to the conclusion that the system of Internal Control and the economic results of the Company X-Ray Lions Club of Ambato city are closely related what causes that the management organization is deficient, preventing in this way the benefits maximization. The contribution of this investigation is that it is a way of research for the academic area and for the futures enterprising allowing them to have in this investigation a tool to confront one uncertainly future and for to take the timely and right decisions.
