Caracterización de la curva de consumo diario de la red de agua potable de los sectores Izamba, Cunchibamba y Unamuncho II del cantón Ambato

El presente trabajo experimental, corresponde a la parte Sur-Oeste de la zona urbana de la parroquia rural Izamba, en virtud de la disgregación con el grupo de trabajo al cual se le asigno dichos sectores, mismo que se dio inicio con la obtención de la información necesaria acerca del sector destinado al estudio como la delimitación y el número de habitantes, luego se procedió con la división y repartición del área con el fin de obtener una muestra total de 100 medidores. El levantamiento y registro de caudales demandados por los usuarios de viviendas previamente seleccionadas se realizó durante 60 días consecutivos, en un período de 3 horas aproximadamente por cada día. Una vez terminada la recolección de los registros de caudales se procedió a realizar las encuestas a cada uno de los usuarios de las viviendas seleccionadas, con el fin de obtener la mayor cantidad de información acerca de los miembros consumidores, de forma paralela a esto se dió inicio con la verificación de presiones de los caudales en cada una de las viviendas, mismo que tuvo una duración de 7 días consecutivos. Para la obtención de información de consumo horario en el sector de Unamuncho se colocó una cámara de video grabación en un medidor seleccionado durante 24 horas, en un periodo de 7 días. Una vez extraída la información y datos necesarios se procedió a realizar los respectivos cálculos, proyecciones, tabulaciones, análisis estadísticos y posterior representación gráfica de los resultados obtenidos mediante un software de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (GIS), con la finalidad del cumplimiento con los objetivos planteados.
The present experimental work corresponds to the South-West part of the urban area of the Izamba rural parish, by virtue of the disaggregation with the work group to which these sectors were assigned, which started with the obtaining of the necessary information about the sector destined to the study as the delimitation and the number of inhabitants, then proceeded with the division and division of the area in order to obtain a total sample of 100 meters. To obtain information on hourly consumption in the sector of Unamuncho, a video recording camera was placed in a selected water meter for 24 hours, in a period of 7 days. Once the information and necessary data were extracted, the respective calculations, projections, tabulations, statistical analysis and subsequent graphic representation of the results obtained by means of a software of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) were carried out, in order to comply with the objectives posed.
