El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es mantener la comunicación con el cliente externo para satisfacer la demanda de los servicios de Fisioterapia. Por medio de esta investigación nos hemos dado cuenta que la comunicación que posee el centro Mayti no es la adecuada, y es imprescindible cambiar y mejorar las diferentes planificaciones para difundir de mejor manera los servicios que presta nuestro centro y mejorar la comunicación con el cliente externo y poder expandir nuestro mercado mejorando las expectativas del cliente y satisfaciendo sus necesidades. De esta forma lograremos nuestros objetivos y llegaremos al mercado meta que nos hemos planteado, manteniendo una empresa de calidad al servicio de la comunidad, mejorando cada día implementando nuevas estrategias para cumplir con las metas planteadas.
The purpose of this research is to maintain communication with the external client to meet the demand for physiotherapy services. Through this research we realized that communication which owns the center Mayti is not adequate, and it is essential to change and improve the different schedules to better disseminate its services our center and improve communication with the external customer to expand our market and improve customer expectations and meeting their needs. In this way we will achieve our goals and reach the target market that we have considered, maintaining a quality company serving the community, improving daily implementing new strategies to meet the goals.
