La transferencia modificada del sistema dual está enfocada en analizar los factores que se deben de contemplar cuando se aplican nuevos sistemas de Educación Superior. En la presente investigación se los elementos constituyentes del entorno del sistema dual en Alemania y luego se desarrollará una comparación de cada una de ellas con la situación en práctica del sistema dual en el Ecuador. De esta forma se evalúa el entorno de las condiciones habilitantes que se deben presentar para la ejecución de un nuevo sistema de Educación Superior, como el sistema dual. Por lo tanto, es imprescindible considerar la importancia de la inversión social con enfoque productivo como este tipo sistema de Educación Superior, pese que el retorno del proyecto sea a largo plazo y no en términos monetarios.
The modified transfer of the dual system is focused on analyzing the factors that must be considered when applying new systems of Higher Education, in the present research will analyze the constituent elements of the dual system environment in Germany and then develop a comparison of each one of them with the dual system in Ecuador. In this way the environment of the enabling conditions that must be presented for the execution of a new system of higher education as the dual system is evaluated. It is therefore imperative to consider the importance of social investment with a productive approach as this type of Higher Education system, although the return is long term and not in monetary terms.
