DISCUSIÓN TEÓRICA PARA SELECCIONAR VARIABLES EXPLICATIVAS DE LA CAPACIDAD DE ABSORCIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO EN INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR DEL ECUADOR

Description: La información disponible en el ambiente externo de las organizaciones se puede convertir en un factor de éxito al aplicar estrategias organizacionales innovadoras, que pueden ser a través de un proceso de adquisición, asimilación, transformación y explotación de conocimiento que se denomina Capacidad de absorción del Conocimiento. El objetivo de la presente investigación, se basa en identificar las variables externas que expliquen el comportamiento de las CAB en el sector de la educación superior del Ecuador. Se analiza el estudio empírico de las teorías realizado hasta el momento y su validación para que sean aplicados en nuestra realidad. The information available in the external environment of the organizations can become a factor of success when applying innovative organizational strategies, which can be through a process of acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation of knowledge that is called Knowledge Ability. The objective of the present research is based on identifying the external variables that explain the behavior of the CAB in the sector of the higher education of Ecuador. We analyze the empirical study of the theories made so far and their validation so that they are applied in our reality.
